Special conditions for monthly rentals. The owner has a preference for long term rentals. Attractive discounts depending on the period, especially for the low season from the beginning of November to the end of March. Apartment in traditional stone building, on Graça hill, located in a private condominium. Access by a secure door. Has a garage with private parking space located in the basement with elevator to access the apartment located on the first floor. Surrounded by flower gardens with typical local species, especially beautiful bougainvilleas in bloom all year round.

Possibility of stays of one month or several months.

Good stay with a few challenges

The location of the flat is wonderful, the furnishings are high quality and the underground car park is a great plus considering the parking situation in the area. Unfortunately, the flat was really, really dirty on arrival: there was everything from hair, dust, crumbs, a strong odour, rubbish and leftover food in the fridge to the freezer. The good in the bad: We phoned Nelly straight away and she immediately understood the problem, apologised and offered to organise a clean. We then agreed to clean the flat ourselves, which we did thoroughly. Nelly promptly agreed to a rent reduction and transferred the amount to us without any delay. Fortunately, we ended up having a nice one-month stay after all. We felt very comfortable in the then clean flat in this beautiful, quiet and yet centrally located house. We would like to thank Nelly for her uncomplicated response!

Most comfortable and wonderful

My partner and I just spent the month of June at Nelly’s place in Graça and could not have been more satisfied. The apt. is bright, spacious and superbly equipped. The view from the apt. is exquisite and the neighborhood has a marvelous and authentic Lisbon vibe. We would most definitely stay there again. Harvey and Fernando

Good value

It's a short walk down the hill to the main road which takes you into the oldest part of Lisbon. A decent supermarket is a short walk as are restaurants, bars and sights. The apartment is generous in size and comfortable. Air-conditioned in the bedroom and main room, but catches really good breezes. No traffic or pedestrian noise. Unobtrusive neighbors. Nelly checks in to see if things are going well.

Wonderful appartment with an ingredible view

I spent 5 weeks in this appartment and it was very nice. In preparation of the trip Nelly helped me a lot answering all my questions and giving me advices about how to use everything. The appartment has everything you need- Perfect working Wi-Fi, kitchen with all the things you need, and as the most important- the wonderful view. As the appartment is in Graca, it is also a nice part of Lisbon. It is also very secure (Main door has a code, so nobody can get into the house easily). The supermarket, bus and tram station as well as the metro are not far away so you can reach everything quite good. I hope I can come back to Lisbon and this wonderful appartment soon :)! Great apartment !!

My wife and I are a retired couple. We enjoyed our Lisbon visit for a month very very much. One of the key reasons is this amazingly nice modern apartment with a great view... it is comfortable, quite and safe; plus all the facilities work properly. The apartment is very close to Tram #28 and city bus lines... next to nice grocery stores and cafes. And Nelly was very helpful and extremely responsive before and during our stay. This is definitely an experience we would like to repeat if we have the chance in the future. Contact me for more info if needed.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

We have just spend three weeks in this apartment which is very spacious and modern. We felt very safe and secure due to the entry system. The outside space was swept daily and cleaned thoroughly once a week. The kitchen was furnished with all the essentials such as electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. It was more than adequate for a long stay if felt like a home from home for us. The added bonus was a really fast internet service, Tram 28 at the bottom of the road and a large and very well stocked supermarket. The owner was always contactable via E-mail if required, with a neighbour close at hand should it be necessary. If we go to Lisbon again we would definitely stay at this property.

Excellent séjour

Le logement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Il est moderne, spacieux et plein de lumière avec une vue magnifique sur Lisbonne. Rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable, la literie est très confortable et on dort dans le calme. Le logement est clean. Très facile d'accès avec le tram à 300 m, et pas de soucie de stationnement avec le parking en sous sol. La propriétaire est facilement joignable par mail ou téléphone, si besoin. A recommander sans restriction,nous reviendrons. Bernard M

séjour très agréable dans cet appartement confortable, propre et spacieux. Le quartier Graca est très vivant et les nombreux commerces alentour facilitent grandement votre Séjour. Pour nous le parking était également un plus. Vue panoramique de Lisboa.

Top of the World!

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month last year and was so pleased I arranged to repeat the experience. The best view possible for morning coffee or evening dinner. The building is on a quiet street (cul de sac) but only 1 minute from bustling Rua da Graca where you can find everything... shops, cafes, pastry shops, bars... even one where you can hear genuine Fado every weekend for the simple cost of a drink. Bonus!!! The iconic #28 tram stops right at the end of the street! Simply but comfortably furnished; comfortable bed and all modern kitchen. Friendly neighbors, too. I'll be back again next year.

Bel appartement au calme avec superbe vue

Nous y avons passé 10 jours. Cet appartement est très spacieux, dans une résidence en retrait et au calme, vue plongeante sur Lisbonne. Très bien équipé, pas de surprise en arrivant, toutes les pièces sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangement. Je le recommande. Les personnes que nous pouvons contacter sur place sont très sympathiques. Géographiquement bien situé, proche des sites à visiter. Ne vous en faites pas, en contre bas, la rue commerçante de Graça vous donnera toute satisfaction et les transports en commun sont là tout proche au cas où la fatigue vous prendrait, car n'oubliez pas c'est la ville aux 7 collines et ce n'est pas une légende ; monter, descendre fait partie du quotidien. Lisbonne est une superbe ville où il y a tant à faire.

Bel appartement tout équipé dans résidence de standing dans un quartier populaire à une centaine de mètres du Mirador da Senhora du Monte. Résidence calme avec accès par digi-codes. Garage en sous sol au sein de la résidence Équipement cuisine, salon, sdb complet. Bonne literie Vue imprenable sur la partie opposée au château St Georges. Ras ... Je le conseille vivement ...
