Get the flip flops ready, easy living in this 2 bedroom 1(one) bath home. This condo has a private entrance located in the back downstairs unit of a 3 unit complex. Private courtyard with grill for your use. Built in 1965, this home epitomize the traditional beach bungalow feel. One Queen size bed and One Double/Full in second bedroom. Additional sofa bed in Living area. Efficient Galley Kitchen fully stocked with appliances, dishes and service ware for 12. Coffee pot, expresso maker and coffee grinder. Cable TV and WiFi, DVD and stereo. All bedding and linens supplied. Parking for two vehicles off street. 43- inch flat screen in living area and two further flat screens in bedrooms for your convenience. Beach towel (7) and beach bags for your use. Newer flooring installed last year. New sofa bed in living room. Minimum Stay are 7 days

great location

The property is near a state beach, good for a morning walk. It is easy to go north or south and there are fun things to do in Ventura. There is a grocery store nearby. It is quiet in the evening and at night. There are two other units in the building, occupied by full time residents. They are friendly welcoming. The office of property manager is nearby and she is accessible. We had a great week

A Perfect Beach Home

We loved the house. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed. The beach (around the corner) was great. The children had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating. We would love to return in the future.

Great location, easy beach access

Everything was wonderful for an easy beach access vacation. Well stocked kitchen and linens and wonderful patio. Walking distance to all you need.

Great place

We have a family of four and the place was cozy (2 bed, 1 bath). One bedroom had a queen and the other room a double, but we made it work. Really convenient to the beach and right in the Pierpont / Seaward areas. Very walkable to Seaward and all of the restaurants and shops there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had things such as aluminum foil, plastic bags, spices, seasonings, etc...that most places do not provide. Tons of cooking utensils as well. Great place and will rent again.

Great Location, Cozy Spot

Close to the beach, (~5 min walk or less!) cozy spot with good amount of space. Kitchen is equipped with most you could need to cook, but could use an update, new BBQ grill though. Long term residents are friendly and helpful. Sandy is extremely responsive and I heard back from her right away when I had questions or concerns. Great spot, would recommend for a beachy stay in Ventura!

Great beach apt in Pierpont

This was a nice beach apartment that is located within a 5-10 minute walk of the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and state park. Check-in was easy. Communication with our host was pleasant and timely. There is a private patio space behind and beside the house, as well as in-unit private laundry. The kitchen was equipped with standard amenities. We were happy with our stay and would stay again.

My stay at Pierpont

The Pierpont property location was good. However it wasn’t as clean as we expected, floor was sandy from the beginning. The sofa sleeper was dated and very uncomfortable. Little black ants were everywhere. Once cook range was heated roaches started to invade the countertops. Overall “2” for Pierpont. I contacted Sandy and she apologized and immediately moved us to Hingham property. This property was much cleaner, we had a balcony, the sleeper sofa was comfortable and well-kept. I would give this property a “5”.

Perfect Beach Getaway

You will not find a better property, in regards to location to the beach and pricing! We loved this quaint little getaway, while our home was being remodeled. The property manager, Sandy was amazing and when we had an emergency she allowed us to extend our stay.. I couldn’t be more thankful or happier with our stay. This property also has the nicest tenants as well, very kind and helpful.

Great place to stay, great location

Easy to rent, nice location, needs darker curtains in bedrooms due to surrounding lights at night. Could eliminate some of the clutter also. Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Will return here again!

Good house in a good area

Bigger than expected and in a convenient, great location. Beds were a little rough and small ants noticed around the property that is common for the area but besides that no complaints.

Perfect VRBO for a family trip

This cozy beach house was perfect for my family’s 7 day trip to Ventura. The house was very clean and the layout was great having a family of 6. The house was furnished well with a good sized patio to hang out at. The location was perfect! One block from the beach, outside of busy LA county, with an In-N-Out Burger around the corner - I couldn’t ask for more.

WONDERFUL

Sandy's property was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly as advertised. As they say "location is everything". Well this was everything. It had all the amenities right down to beautiful dishes and flatware. Plenty of towels and sheets (you're going to need them because you will be at the beach a lot). It has a washer and dryer which were very convenient. I was actually there for medical treatments to my granddaughter. The treatments were rather grueling and hurtful to her but this place made our stay so enjoyable as we could treat her to the beach after her treatment. I would recommend this property highly. Also, Sandy was so accommodating with letting us check out late as my granddaughters last treatment didn't finish until after check out time.

Needs cleaning inside & out

The condo obviously not been occupied for a long time. Upon entry it smelled like a house that had been closed up for weeks. The bathroom was filthy including dirt on the shower walls & tub. The couch in the front room had torn cushions & an odor that made it unusable. The realtor failed to tell us that there was a permanent resident in a garage converted to a studio at the entrance to the property. At any time we left the property, this person would chain & lock the entry gate. This made entry to our rental a frequent problem. 2 stars for location near the beach.

Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and blankets. Place was clean. Parking for 2. Nice back yard. Walking to beach, shopping, and food. Only thing we missed was a dish washer. We would definitely recommend.
