The villa was in a fantastic location, very quiet but not too far from the parks and restaurants. there was also a few supermarkets within a five minute drive. had a lovely family holiday and would come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-kept. It had all the amenities you need for a seemless stay and vacation. Both owner and property managers were amazing to dealt with. Location is central to anything you need. Loved being on the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, great community, great stay!

Just enjoyed a two week stay at the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was well kept, well equipped and a brilliant setting overlooking the golf course. It was near to the attractions and near all the restaurants on the 192. It was great on an evening with a nice relaxing pool area to sit and enjoy a drink without looking at other houses. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The property was lovely! The neighborhood was great! We even made friends with a local that lived nearby! Super convienent location to any other and everything! We did have some issues getting the TVs to work but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t plan to watch much tv anyways. I would absolutely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future!

Highland Reserve Golf Course

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our vacation. We only had a small issue, somehow the master bedroom tv got reset and signed out of the Roku account. It took 3 days for that to be fixed but we managed. The pool was perfect for my kids and they had a blast. It was a great location. The kids absolutely loved catching lizards outside.

Ok stay

Ac was out the whole time and couldn’t get ahold of the property manager on Sunday. We were gone 99% of the time so it wasn’t a huge issue. Would’ve been in July though.

Plenty of space, but not very clean

Plenty of room, but this property needs a through deep cleaning. There are stains thought out the house, including light switches. Per Covid this would still be an issue, but it’s definitely something that should be getting clean now. Most of the towels are old and some have stains. All bedding is old and dire need of upgrade.

We are really sorry you were not happy with the cleanliness of the house. We offered to get the property manager to have the house re-cleaned for you. The house was deep cleaned prior to your arrival as per the covid guidance. We had all the bedding replaced in July along with the towels but we will speak with managers about getting it replaced again. We do try to ensure that all guests have a home away from home that is clean and comfortable.

Highland Reserve Vacation home

Pros-The pool area was very clean and lots of room. Also had plenty of lounges, chairs and tables. The pool was clean and water was very comfortable to enjoy swimming. The house was clean and lots of room. TVs worked well. Cons- Screen for the pool area could be upgraded. Holes in screen. The ice machine for the fridge did not work. The upstairs shower leaked into the lower bathroom. Shower drain needs repairs. Also need another garbage can outside only one available. Closet door in master bedroom kept falling off rail.(All minor issues)would I stay in this house again? Yes we would!

Great house

Great house. Was very quiet the house backed onto the golf course but we never saw anyone playing too hot I'd imagine. The house was huge and plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was lovely with some shade if it got too hot and some comfy loungers to relax on and the pool was very clean we used it nearly every day. The pool area had the sun all day up till about early evening was lovely getting up early to sit outside with your breakfast . The beds were comfy and the TV in the lounge was massive there were TVs in every bedroom. There was a pool table in the garage which we used a few times as was very hot but there was a fan in there you could use. Close by to the local Publix for any shopping and several restaurants within easy driving distance. All in all we had a great time at the house and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit.

Perfect for a week in the “parks”

We stayed in this home for a week while we explored Disney. The home was clean and perfectly spacious for my husband and I and our 3 adult children. The proximity to the parks was perfect, not too far away, but far enough away to not be in all the hustle and bustle if you need a day off.

Great March Break Vacation at Highland Reserve

We have stayed in Davenport many times so we knew the location well. This is an idea spot out of the busy area of 192 and highway 4 but close enough to lots of stores, restaurants and parks. The house was exactly as described with clean rooms, nice size pool and beautifully upgraded mainroom floor. Great overall value in an older community.

We had a wonderful time lounging around the pool. Watched golfer's take there best shot at a round from the deck... This villa is roomy and has all the comforts of home. It's an escape to Gleneagles Scotland right here in Central Florida. A must visit if you have family and want to just relax and kick back.

We are a couple from England who have owned and rented property in Florida for the last ten years. We have recently upgraded our property to this one so us and our guests can enjoy Florida and the Orlando area more on vacations.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property after owning a house nearby and regularly passing through Highland Reserve whilst running in the area. We both really loved the site and dreamt of owning a house on the site.
This house came up for sale and with the views from the pool area and its location in the centre of the site and proximity to the clubhouse we just wanted the house from the first sight. It truly is a home from home and a relaxing place to holiday.

The views over the 9th Fairway make the pool area a relaxing place to sit in the morning with a coffee or sun bath throughout the day.
The site is peaceful and allows for relaxation after visiting the parks or playing golf through the day.
