Our apartments

The apartments, personally managed with care and attention, are located in two adjacent buildings: the Condominio Baia Felice (Via dello Squalo 86) and the Condominio Le Ginestre (in Via del Sarago 23).

In order to satisfy every need, we have different types of apartments available: one-room, two-room and three-room apartments.

Free wifi connection in all the apartments.

Studios

The studios, which can be used by 2 or 3 people, consist of a single room with a sleeping area and an equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and a panoramic balcony or a small garden.

Excursions in the Maremma and relaxing days on the beach

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment and the view from the balcony. Above the tops of the pine trees we had a wonderful view on the mountains, the rising sun and could see the sea on the other side. The beach was within walking distance in just 10 minutes, also restaurants and shops in the town center were reachable about 10 Minuts walking. For us it was a wonderful starting point in June for trips to the Maremma, the surrounding area and relaxing days on the beach.

Mare e natura

Posto bellissimo, mare stupendo, spiaggia a pochi passi, parco naturale vicino. Monolocale ampio, luminoso. Cucina minimalista, non c'è forno né microonde, frigorifero piccolo. Vicini rumorosi (pareti sottili?). Nel complesso un bel soggiorno con tanto relax.
