Lovely double room and huge bathroom in comfortable Farm House
Holm Farm is set in 6 acres of paddock land and yet is convenient for East Midlands airport and East Midlands parkway train station. The room is fully equipped and very comfortable with everything you need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Double bed, table, free WIFI, secure parking, Iron, board, Hairdryer, fluffy towels, toiletries, fridge. Continental breakfast and tea, coffee making facilities are available in the room. Key safe check in for flexibility. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Well behaved dogs welcome and equestrian facilities available if required. Air bed or travel cot for children can be added at an extra cost of £10.

About the host
Your host
I have lived at Holm farm with My now grown up children for around 12 years. It is a lovely higgledy piggledy family house with a warm welcoming feel. There have always been horse and dogs residing here with us, although the numbers have scaled down since the kids have left for Uni etc. To fill the empty nest, I have hatched 2 geese (Gilbert and Gabby) and now have a flock of hens as well. I have been working in a high pressured sales and marketing role, but now I really want to make a go of hosting guests at Holm Farm. I am hoping to add a Shepherds Hut in the spring.
