Flaminio Penthouse with Spectacular Terrace

In the central Via Flaminia, between Piazza del Popolo, the Auditorium and the MAXXI, there is Isabel's Terrace, an oasis of peace and relaxation. The house is beautiful and welcoming, the view is breathtaking with Monte Parioli that can be touched with a finger. The area is full of shops and trendy clubs. While life flows frantically and lively on the street, noises are heard from the Terrace and you have the feeling of being in a garden in the countryside.

For those wishing to have a different, fun experience that further enriches their holiday, there is the possibility of organizing dinners at home with Chef Maurizio, very good, nice and fun! During the preparation of the dinner, he invites you to help him and reveals many secrets of his dishes! This is also a way to enjoy Rome in complete relaxation!
Or you can organize COOKING CLASS and discover the secrets of Italian Cuisine!
Rome is a big city, rich in history and things to do and see! I can recommend something special and fun: a tour in Ancient Rome by bicycle with a final picnic with Jennifer, or a historical-gastronomic tour on foot or by golf-cart with Brandon.
My holiday home by the sea is Villa Betty, in Marina Velca, in the municipality of Tarquinia, less than 100 km from Rome. This house is also a piece of my heart!
Tarquinia is a wonderful country, the cradle of Etruscan civilization. There is a nice tour, from morning to night, that can be organized. Tarquinia can be reached by train in just over an hour and takes a private tour with the good guide Claudia who will show the Etruscan and Romanesque beauties of an authentic jewel: Tarquinia!
Before returning to Rome, a well-deserved aperitif at sunset on the sea or in front of a beautiful panorama, will be served!

Isabella was a thoughtful and amazing host. Great communication both before our arrival and during our stay. Apartment is located a short walk to Piazza del Popolo and the Borghese Gardens. I definitely recommend this 2-bedroom apartment, that also has additional beds for larger groups.

Our recent stay in Rome was absolutely lovely, and the apartment exceeded all of our expectations. Our host (Isabella) was the best we've ever had; she was reachable at all times and provided fantastic information that made our trip even better.The location was perfect, with public transportation just a block or two away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Despite being so conveniently located, the evenings were wonderfully quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor terrace.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We can't wait to visit again and would choose this apartment again without hesitation!

Great Rome getaway

We had 6 of us stay at Isabella's apartment. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The location was perfect for heading out to explore Rome, close to public transport. Isabelle was easy to contact and very responsive if we had any questions.

Perfect location with a great terrace

We loved staying at this home. Easy walk to city center. Public transportation a block away. Neighborhood grocery store and restaurants were fantastic and a 2-3 block walk. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

A Place in the Sun

We spent 6 days in Isabella's spacious apartment. After a day of mingling with other tourists, it was such a pleasure to come *home* to a quiet sunny spot just outside the old city. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

Isabella was a great host. From booking to checkout she provided all the needed details & answered all my questions. The neighborhood was perfect for our stay , the restaurants she recommended served the most delicious local dishes & we felt so welcome. The location is midway between the airport & the Port of Rome where we boarded our cruise. She can arrange transportation as well. A very kind hostess .

Great location and well equipped apartment

We were a family of 7 adults for a 5-day stay. We were happy with the location which we felt was pretty close to everything at a walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Isabella was lovely and welcoming. The heat in August is intense and she brought us fans so we could be as confortable as possible. The terrasse was great for our family dinners. Overall a we were happy with our stay.

Perfect ending to our month long trip to Italy

The location is perfect for seeing the sights in Rome, the dinner that was arranged with the personal chef was something that we will not forget in a hurry. So glad that we were able to learn about making pasta and sauce - the dessert was lovely. Isobella was very friendly - we feel we have made. a friend in Rome and hope to return to this wonderful apartment in the future

Perfect spot

We loved this apartment. There was lots of space for our family with 3 young adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and the terrace is lovely. The tram is right outside the door and a quick ride or 15 min walk to the metro station. There is air conditioning but the only unit is in the living room. Isabella was fantastic and responded quickly to all of our questions.

Perfect small family reunion in the center of Rome

The Isabella’s Terrace apartment took my breath away since I first time walked in. What a gorgeous place in the center of Rome. Me and my family enjoyed our unforgettable stay. The place is very spacious with very big terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped and cooked ourselves breakfast and dinner. All of 7 members of our family slept very comfortably. The terrace was our favorite, we ate our meals and on evenings we hang out with delicious Italian wine. Isabella is wonderful host and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you!

Dream Apartment

My family stayed at Isabella's beautiful apartment for a week in June, and it was hard to leave. Spacious and super comfortable, she has thoughtfully arranged it, with enough luxury, but still lots of space to relax. Great kitchen and dishes to prepare a delicious dinner and then eat on the wonderful terrace with a view of the trees on the adjacent hills. Perfect beds gave all 6 of us excellent nights sleep. It really was a dream apartment!! She was super great at communication, too. Thank you Isabella for sharing your beautiful oasis with us.

Highly recommended

Travelled with my sister and friend and spent 8 nights. The listing pictures accurately show the property. It is so spacious, clean and has everything in it that you need. The location is perfect. Walking distance to bus, Metro and many cafes, restaurants, grocery and shops. Isabella is the perfect host. We took her up on the option of cooking us a dinner and it was delicious. It was also nice to spend time with her as she is just a lovely person and we enjoyed her company. The terrace is very spacious and our morning coffees were very much enjoyed in the beautiful sunshine. We would highly recommend this property.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of celebrating my 50th at La Terraza d’Isabella in Rome zona Flaminio. Isabella is a super host! She gave us the option of a customized dining experience with my closest family and friends. She prepared a delicious 3 course meal at her terrace. The terrace is very comfortable, beautiful and cozy. Isabella goes above and beyond what any host would offer, even taking the initiative of getting me a personalized t-shirt for my birthday. Location is near transit so was easy to visit all key attractions including Stadio Olimpico, Vaticano, Trevi, … Place was clean and comfortable with a great vibe. I would come back in a heartbeat and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely Terrace and Perfect Host

The terrace property was absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood was a typical Roman neighborhood and was very close to Piazza Del Popollo, which was wonderful for shopping and eating. Public transportation was very close and easy to navigate from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary items that we needed. Isabella prepared a wonderful meal for us one evening and that was the highlight of our trip There was only one thing that should be noted and that is the elevator. Although it works, it is a bit finicky and only three people can ride in it at a time. It must also be latched securely after using or it will not work. We would love to stay at the terrace again if we return to Rome.

Tolle große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die sanitären Anlagen sollten mal saniert werden. Leider im Wohnzimmer keine gute Schlafcouch, ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit sieben Personen.

Central og rolig beliggenhed

Vi havde en skøn ferie i Isabellas dejlige lejlighed i Rom. Lejligheden har en central beliggenhed med kun 15 minutters gang til Piazza del Popolo. Samtidig nød vi, at vi ikke boede midt i al menneskemylderet - og at vi kunne trække os tilbage til Isabellas dejlige terrasse, når vi havde været rundt og udforske Rom. Kommunikationen med Isabella fungerer perfekt. Hun er hurtig til at svare og meget hjælpsom. Vi vil gerne komme igen til denne lejlighed.

prima woning

Zeer attente gastvrouw Isabella. De woning zit aan een doorlopende straat ,waardoor er wel wat geluidsoverlast is 's nachts . Verder prima woning met een heerlijk dakterras en goede bedden.
