In the heart of Rovinj, not far from the church of St. Eufemia,is situated this cozy apartment placed on the 3rd floor available only by stairs. The apartments is equipped with kitchen, a bedroom - living room, and a bathroom with shower and towels provided. Can accommodate up to 3 person.It has air conditioning, satellite TV and WI FI. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beaches are max of 10 min walk.

The apartment is located in the old town area where the traffic is limited, so you have to be aware that you will not have access by car. There is a car park close to the sea right at the entrance to the old town called Valdibora where you can park and than walking come at the address of the apartment.

Extraordinary journey!

Very good location, and good communication with the people in charge, the main stairs to get to the apartment are quite dangerous also the last light was not working and in the night you could easily fall. Definitely not a place for older people. Also find it quite expensive.

Glorious residence!

This apartment is in a sensational location - right in the heart of town. Once inside, it is surprisingly large. We were very comfortable in the apartment and appreciated the air conditioning, as it was very hot when we were there. As the other reviews stated, the stairs to the apartment are very steep. We traveled with carry on, so it wasn’t too bad, but I would not recommend doing it with a full size, 20kg suitcase! Overall, this is a great apartment and suited us (a couple and teenage son) perfectly. We loved walking out the door and being right in the heart of this beautiful city.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

L’appartamento è in una zona favolosa, al terzo piano e con la vista sui tetti della città dopo delle scale molto ripide come in tutta la vecchia città. La descrizione degli spazi era molto buona, non ci sono state sorprese grosse. La Wi-Fi è stabile e veloce.

Es wäre super, wenn in der Beschreibung der Wohnung nochmal auf die vielen engen / teilweise mit Teppich bezogenen Treppen (3. Stock) hingewiesen würde…- gerade mit den Koffern hochzukommen- war echt eine Herausforderung. Die Einrichtung könnte insgesamt (bei diesem „Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis“) modernisiert und schöner gestaltet werden…neuere Möbel, Sofas, Bilder… alles war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Glück wurde uns beim „check out“ mit den Koffern gut geholfen von den Vermietern - dafür Danke !

Tolles Altstadtflair und herrlich kühles Apartment!

Tolle Lage und herrlicher Blick in die Gasse und über die Dächer! Super war auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Parkplatz (20 min. Gehweg) für 10 Euro pro Tag!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e molto luminoso per via delle molte finestre ;i letti comodi anche se i materassi un po' rigidi, ma abbiamo dormito comunque bene! La posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dal centro! La città è davvero bellissima, vale la pena passarci qualche giorno Adorabili le ragazze dell'agenzia Nautilus che ci hanno accolto per il check in! , unico neo :le 3 ripidissime rampe di scale che rendono l'appartemento non facilmente fruibile da tutti
