Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 fitted kitchen, a living room with a terrace and a private heated pool. Access to free WIFI. The beds will be made and the towels for the shower will be provided as well as the tea towels for the dishes. (Attention, provide towels for the pool).
It is located on a plot of 3500 m² planted with local species (Cedars, Fir, Prunus, ...) In Saint Antonin Noble Val, there are many activities: market every Sunday morning, night markets (1 in July and 1 in August), canoes, kayak, hikes, climbing, parties, cycling, mountain biking, walking, etc ...

The shaded park gives a lot of charm to this small chalet as well as the river which is nearby. You will have a private space with a pontoon at your disposal along the river (Aveyron). The pontoon is adjacent to the chalet and ideal for napping, fishing and swimming! The heated swimming pool is available from mid May to mid September depending on the weather.
Many walks or bike rides are from the Chalet to visit Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel, La Forêt de Grésigne, Cordes sur Ciel, Larroque, Saint Antonin, ...

Possibility of easy access to the Departmental Road which connects Saint Antonin Noble Val to Laguépie.

You can try your hand at Canoe Kayak from Saint Antonin, fly away with a first flight in an ULM or paraglider, gallop along the paths and meadows with the horses of several renowned equestrian centers, and many others activities and leisure.

Many producers of local products such as duck, wine, honey, etc., will be happy to let you taste their specialties.

The Visit to the City of Albi recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Chalet tres agréable dans ungrand parc arboré sans vis-à-vis face a la rivière pas de moustique !! Pourtant grosse chaleur en ce début septembre 2023 piscine parfaite tres beau village a proximité avec tout c'est commerces il ne manquait rien merci pour ce séjour parfait 👌

Havre de paix

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet cosy au calme et pourtant proche de tout. Nous avons adoré le bruit des cigales, le chant des oiseaux, la présence de la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Super expérience !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette location, Cédric le propriétaire est très sympa, la piscine chauffée était à 32 tous les jours, un bonheur, idéal si comme nous vous partez avec des enfants en bas âge. L'environnement est très calme, parfait si vous voulez vraiment être tranquille pendant vos vacances. Il n'est pas impossible que nous revenions dans le futur ! Seul bémol (mais pas lié à la prestation), le site est proche de l'eau et donc envahi de moustiques, prévoyez vos prises !

Magnifique séjour

Tout simplement ce que nous recherchions. La nature, la simplicité avec le confort et même lorsqu'il manque une toute petite chose cela n'a aucune importance du moment que nous sommes heureux dans ce petit paradis. Nous voulons y retourner et les personnes qui nous ont accueillies sont très sympathiques. Et tout ce qu'il y a à voir aux alentours nous n'avons pas pu le faire !! Une belle semaine et la piscine un + malgré le temps comme partout très changeant nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours. Nous espérons à très bientôt. Christine Viviane et Alain.

Du bon temps au fil de l'Aveyron.

Le chalet est pittoresque et idéalement placé pour les randonnées et le canoë/kayak. En revanche la départementale très proche est bien plus fréquentée qu'il n'y paraît (même la nuit). Du reste nous avons eue les informations concernant la caution et le ménage bien trop tard, mais heureusement le propriétaire, fort sympathique a été très compréhensif. Je recommande vivement ce chalet. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille et avec notre Toutou.

Le chalet du bord de l'eau

Chalet au calme, bien équipé avec une piscine des plus appréciée lors des fortes chaleurs. Une région au top en ce qui concerne les visites, les randonnées, les activités aquatiques. Un seul bémol, un séjour d'une semaine est trop court pour profiter de tout cela.

Séjour très agréable

Le chalet est très bien équipé, situé à deux kilomètres du centre ville, accessible à pieds par une route peu fréquentée. L’accès à la rivière est un plus. La piscine et sa terrasse sont très agréables!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et efficaces dans leur communication.

Fabulous location

Had a fantastic stay.. the pool was a Godsend in the week with the weather above 34c all week...it's very close to town, may be 30 mins walk and about 15 mins biking...there is so much to do ..within walking distance there is a campsite with amenities, you can hire Segways there..also Kayaking a long the river in numerous spots...advice, take a picnic and a bikini....there are some fabulous places to stop at a long the river..plus cafes too...a beautiful wsy to see the area...there are many unique villages around that step back to the medieval era, it's like time forgot them..we took a balloon flight one morning which was our highlight..the experience was exceptional...plenty of walks and when you have done, Noble Val has many restaurants and bars to finish your evening..

Situé dans une région qui fourmille de sites à découvrir, ce chalet est idéalement placé. Seul bémol, la proximité de la route départementale qui est assez bruyante.

Les pieds dans l'Aveyron, idéal pour découvrir la région occitane

Idéalement situé sur les rives de l'Aveyron à 2km du village animé de Saint Antonin Noble Val, le gîte, atypique chalet fait de rondins, est le point de départ idéal pour les nombreuses visites des alentours : grottes du Quercy, villages médiévaux de l' Aveyron, châteaux du Tarn... Les balades et autres randos sont inombrables, à pieds ou en vélo... 1 semaine est bien trop juste pour en faire l'exhaustivité, il nous faudra revenir ☺ Et quel plaisir, au retour de ces balades, de profiter de la piscine chauffée ou de la barque mise gracieusement à disposition. Les chants des cigales et des crapauds rythmeront vos journées. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Seule petite remarque : la literie est un peu juste en longueur et en fermeté pour les plus d'1m80 😉
