Excellent location, very clean, but warm in bedroom

Overall very happy with our stay. The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. We stopped back at home multiple times in the day just to drop things off or refresh simply because it was so convenient. Everything was perfectly clean - zero complaints! The air conditioning was located in the living room, so the bedroom was warm (we went in June when it was 89 degrees Fahrenheit). We moved the mattress to the living room floor because there was plenty of space and that worked really well. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Alicante!

Great accessibility to food and shops, but extremely noisy! Had a white noise machine going and could hear street noise over that. Very hard to sleep here. Couch needs a cleaning, very dirty and uncomfortable. Unit did not look like the photos I saw when booking. AC does not cool bedroom. Consider standing lamp or small end tables with lamps in living rm. overhead lamps are very harsh. Replace scratched nonstick pan as it is a health hazard. Bath towels are a but worn and rough. Overall, this felt like accommodation for college students with barely the basics. All furniture is tired and cheap. Can not recommend, and that is a first for us.

+ Liegt innerhalb des Zentrums Großzügig geschnittes Apartment Aufzug Netter Check in - Rostige Badewanne Eklige Flecken auf der Klobrille Matratze unglaublich hart (Ruckenschmerzen vorprogrammiert ), Bett hat seine besten Tage schon lange hinter sich Defekte Fußleisten Dreckiger & stinkender Ofen Putzfrauen sehr unfreundlich & reinigen super ungrundlich bis gar nicht (kein Staubsauger kommt zum Einsatz , es wird nicht feucht gewischt, weder Bad noch Boden, vergisst Klo Papier Und Seife nachzufüllen ) In der Küche sind weder Schwamme noch Spülmittel vorhanden (muss selber nachgekauft werden ) Flur im Treppenhaus super hellhörig

Tolles Appartment in der Altstadt

Das Appartment war sauber und in der Altstadt gelegen. Von der Einrichtung hatte man alles,was man braucht. Alles auch der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Check-In und Check Out erfolgten im La Milagrosa Bed & Breakfast ,das sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe befand. Die Rezeption ist dort 24h besetzt und man kann sie jederzeit aufsuchen oder anrufen,falls man etwas braucht. Wärmstens zu empfehlen :)
