House completely remodeled and modernized.
Air conditioning in all spaces.
Private garden with table and chairs where you can dine and enjoy beautiful sunsets
 Ground floor with common room, kitchen and toilet.
Modern kitchen, fully equipped, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, clothes and coffee, juicer, toaster and toaster, etc.
In this house there is no GAS.
Water heating is done by solar panels thus reducing the Ecological Footprint.
On the first floor there is a suite, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower cubicle, ventax, thermo fan and towel and hair dryer, towels and shower gel.
Large and comfortable beds. Elastic visco mattresses and anti-allergic pillows.
Atlantic Beach is a 5-minute walk away.
In the garden it is possible to dine. There is a table, 6 chairs protected by ample sun hat. You can also enjoy the magnificent afternoons, savoring the sunset on a sun lounger
Free parking by the house.
All necessary information and basic operating rules are available at the house for guest consultation.
House consists of ground floor and 1st floor.

A avaliação geral é muito positiva. Encontramos uma casa extremamente limpa, cuidada e acolhedora. Uma piscina que os miúdos aproveitaram ao máximo. Em todo o processo, desde a reserva até ao final da estadia fui prontamente esclarecida pelo proprietário sobre as questões colocadas. Um espaço óptimo para descansar e aproveitar a praia, o silêncio, o verde da paisagem. Recomendo! Ideal para repor energias. Vamos voltar.

Uma casa muito agradável, com tudo o que precisamos para umas férias em família.

A casa está muito bem decorada e equipada. Confortável e funcional. Recebemos sempre todo o apoio e até um miminho à chegada. A suite para um casal é ótima e os 2 quartos são ideais para 3 ou 4 crianças ou adolescentes ou até adultos. A cozinha tem todo o equipamento necessário. Adorámos! Parabéns!
