While on holiday we want all the comfort and accessibility in our accommodation. We want to return, after a day of adventures and new experiences, and park our car easily. The house allows us to arrive, open the gates of the property and simply stop the car right in front of the house.

In the evening, sometimes we feel like getting along with our partners, prepare a dinner in the garden of the grill, and sometimes we want to know the restaurants nearby. Whichever option: the location of the house is ideal.

The surroundings

The fajã houses are located in the village of Faja de Baixo, known for pineapple cultivation in glass greenhouses.

Being very close to Ponta Delgada could benefit from major attractions: beautiful architecture of its religious buildings, political and cultural activities related to the sea (the sea water pools, sport fishing and whale watching dolphins and diving).

For those who like a good location (2 km from the center of Ponta Delgada, with great access to the entire island) and a calm environment without the hassle of the city center.
