Great Stay

This apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Rooftop terrace is lovely in the evening. Close walk to the archaeological park. Sushi place around the corner is also great!

Excellent Unit

The unit is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of the ruins, food, markets and the train station. A very clean and well equipped unit. The space also has its own rooftop balcony. We enjoyed the stay.

Sadly disappointing

Very disappointing. For starters after a tiring day on trains we got off in a very small and mostly deserted train station and saw one taxi - maybe just for us - she drove us approximately 2 miles and charged us €25. She knew the person at the apartment5that was waiting to check us in. As it turned out we could have easily walked - and later did to a different station about a block away. The apartment is on the tracks if anyone is bothered by the noise - that did not bother us. Outside of a broom we could not find.any cleaning supplies, no lotion, conditioner, soap in kitchen, no way to wash dishes in a sanitary way, no dish towels - dish draining so can only assume the dishes we were supposed to use were unsanitary. Hard to cook - no baking sheet and no pot holders to remove anything from the oven without burning your hands. No washing machine instructions and no rack to dry clothes on. Towels on towel rack that practically drag in the bidet. Couch in living room with no tables or reading lamps. No thoughtfulness as to guests common needs.

Hi, I'm sorry to say this but of all the things you say that you didn't find in the facility, they were present in the facility. You think that you didn't even respect the rules because you had access to the appliances at the same time and you knew that it could disconnect the meter. Being two adults I would not have expected an untruthful review. The taxi issue was your decision to take the taxi, we didn't force you.

Quelques appréciations critiques

Cet appartement est idéalement situé excepté le passage bruyant des trains. Nous avons des remarques sur l'équipement de l'appartement : les matelas une place sont défoncés et inconfortable, la batterie de casserole est à changer (Téflon très abîmé), pas de saladier pour servir la nourriture, beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Tous ces éléments pris en compte rendrait le séjour très agréable.

Honnêtement, je ne sais pas à quoi vous vous attendez. les matelas sont neufs. les casseroles ne peuvent pas être changées tous les jours car vous voulez que les invités les grattent à l'intérieur. de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, je ne sais pas où vous l'avez vue. Quoi qu'il en soit, je voulais juste te dire que tu as cassé quelque chose dans la chambre principale et tu ne m'as même pas dit que tu l'avais cassé. Vous avez laissé la cuisine en désordre. pour le saladier dont tu parles il y en a un où il y a des plats et je pense que ça suffit personne ne s'est jamais plaint comme toi. Je ne sais pas ce que vous attendez.

Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend, jedoch wäre es nett gewesen, die Besitzerin persönlich kennen zu lernen. Er wäre auch gut, wenn über die verschiedenen Bahnhöfe der Stadt Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung stehen würde. Schade war, dass die gezeigte Dachterrasse nicht eingerichtet war. Die versprochene Parkmöglichkeit erwies sich als Parkplatz im öffentlichen Bereich in der näheren Umgebung.

Hi, die Person, die zum Einchecken kam, war mein Mann, also war er immer ein Besitzer. Für die Terrasse gab es dann ein Problem und so mussten wir einige dringende Arbeiten erledigen, um die Terrasse den Gästen geben zu können. sind Dinge, die passieren können. dann steht zum Parken auf der Struktur geschrieben, dass es in der Nähe der Struktur Parkplätze gibt und diese kostenlos und auf der Straße sind. Sie waren jedoch außergewöhnliche Gäste.

Siamo stati in sei ospiti da Domus Venere, e da suggerire, per quando riguarda l'appartamento e come descritto sull sito, e a d'ogni domanda sia su WhatsApp o telefonicamente si a una risposta in tempo rapido, se si a bisogno di avere dell'informazione su Pompei nell tempo di soggiorni la proprietaria e gentile a darvi dell'informazione. Wir waren zu sechst zu Gast bei Domus Venere, es ist zum weiter empfehlen, was die Wohnung betrifft ist so wie auf der Internetseiten beschrieben, bei jeder Frage was man hat während dem Offenhalt sei es über WhatsApp oder telefonisch bekommt man im kurze ne Antwort, falls man fragen über pompei haben sollte während dem Aufenthalt hat bekommt man von der Besitzerin gerne ne Antwort.
