Detached villa just 50 meters from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio with barbecue and terrace with views. It is very spacious and comfortable since the whole house is distributed on one floor.

It is a very quiet area from which you can take long walks and observe the sunset that is hidden in the Teide and reveals the entire silhouette of the island of Tenerife.

It is very pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace or in the patio.

Wifi internet connection throughout the house.

Satellite television with channels in several languages.

A bedroom with a double bed of 2x1.50 meters, another bedroom with a double bed of 2x1.40 meters, the third bedroom with single bed of 1.85x0.90 meters and private television. Also in the living room there is a double sofa bed.

An excellent house

Sebastian's house was ideal for me, as a solo traveller. It's all on one floor with a small courtyard to the rear and sitting area in front. It was very clean, with lots of bedding and linen and had a good kitchen area. There are steps from the road to the front patio area and while it's directly on the roadside, the house is private. The neighbours are Islanders and very pleasant. It is a typical Spanish situation which I was pleased to experience. Shopping is limited, I avoided the small store nearby after my first visit and used the two supermarkets at the top of the bank. Leomar deliver, while the Spar has a larger range of fresh goods. There are two good seafood restaurants on seafront, down the steps and El Palmero, near the Spar is good value. The Cuave, €6.5 for two small beers isn't worth it.

Peter es un huésped muy respetuoso y cuidadoso con todas las cosas de la casa. Se puso en contacto conmigo sólo en dos ocasiones para solicitar pequeñas cosas: la reposición de un bombillo que se fundió y también porque no le funcionaba correctamente el mando del televisor. El se dirigió a mí con amabilidad y educación. Peter siempre será bien recibido en mi casa.

Kleines Haus in Sardina

Wir haben sehr schöne 9 Wochen in dem netten kleinen Haus in Sardina verbracht, fühlten uns sofort zuhause und haben gerne den kurzen Weg über eine Treppe zum Hafen genutzt, um dort spazieren zu gehen oder auf einer der angelegten Bänke stundenlang zu lesen. Das Häuschen hat 3 Schlafzimmer, so dass wir auch Freunde empfangen und einige Tage bei uns im Gästezimmer beherbergen konnten. Bettwäsche u Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Allein die Kopfkissen würden wir in waschbare austauschen. Es gibt am Hafen 4 nette Restaurants, die zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten geöffnet haben und die man zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten erreichen kann. Ein Leihwagen ist sinnvoll, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber auch zu Fuss kann man den Sparladen für den schnellen Einkauf erreichen. Galdar (6km) und Agaete (8km) waren uns als schnelle Ausflugsziele für etwas Lokalkolorit willkommen. Sardina ist ein liebenswerter Hafen mit bunten Häusern drum herum, in dem wir uns sehr gerne aufgehalten haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist praktisch, alles da, was wir zum Kochen und wohnen brauchten. Sebastian hat uns bei Ankunft abgeholt, weil wir das Haus nicht finden konnten und hat uns den Sparladen sofort gezeigt. Als liebevolle Begrüssung fanden wir Obst, Schokolade und Sekt auf dem Tisch. Bei aufkommenden Fragen hat Sebastian schnell reagiert und geholfen. Wir hatten eine sympathische Kommunikation und haben uns rundum entspannt und wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Für mich als Allein-Reisender für 3 1/2 Monate ideal, groß genug, ich konnte alles unterbringen (die drei zusätzlichen Camping-Tische fand ich sehr praktisch), ich konnte mich entscheiden, ob ich mich im Hinterhof zurückziehen oder es mir auf der vorderen Terasse bequem machen nöchte. Lediglich der spärliche Ausblick zum Meer hat mich etwas enttäuscht und die Kopfkissen hätten es mal wieder nötig, ausgetauscht zu werden. Die Ausstattung war in jeder Hinsicht üppig, der relativ kleine Arbeitsbereich in der Küche mußte halt mit etwas Phantasie genutzt werden. Sebastian war mir jederzeit bei Fragen behilflich und alles in allem habe ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Casa la la...

Der Eigentümer Sebastin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell. Prima Typ. Positiv war die Nähe zum Strand, parken vor der Haustüre, Wlan in brauchbarer Stärke. TV mit Sat und entsprechenden Sender. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Nicht gefallen haben die Matratzen, auf einer der 3, mit gekauftem Topper konnten wir dann schlafen. Die anderen wären reif für die Tonne und nicht erst seit gestern. Die Gartenmöbel ebenfalls. Mit ein paar überschaubaren Anschaffungen ist / wäre das ganz gut. Noch ein Tip zum Schluss, Insektengitter fehlen an ein paar Fenstern , wären an allen welche montiert, dann wären auch weniger von den Viechern im Haus und in der Küche ect.

Aufenthalt Galdar

Wir wurden äußert freundlich durch Sebastian begrüßt. Das Haus war sauber, Wäsche ausreichend vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es Fussläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ansonsten ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Uns hat es gut gefallen das man über eine kleine Treppe direkt ans Meer gelangt. Auch Restaurants sind dort zu finden. Alles in allem Top, Sebastian, wir kommen wieder.

Sebastian and Carolina are the best landlords

We had an amazing stay! We were 5 people and stayed for 3 months. We were very nicely welcomed by Sebastian and Carolina. Sardina is small and quiet, had everything we needed. The beach is very calm, the water beautifully turquoise and clear. The house was renovated and looks even better than on the photos. We were very happy to stay there! Whenever we needed something, Sebastian was just a call away and came over whenever necessary. We often had a good chat then and he always helped us with everything. The neighbour was very nice, too and gifted us oranges and bananas every now and then. We were not bothered by any dogs. In fact we didn’t hear any dogs at night. The bus stop and supermarkets are just around the corner and this way we could easily get to every spot on the island. We loved staying at their house and would definitely go again. We can totally recommend it! Thank you so much for everything Sebastian and Carolina

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Einzig die 50m Entfernung zur Badebucht sind nicht genau berechnet (es ist deutlich weiter) und der "Weg" hinunter an die ruhige Promenade sollte erwähnt werden. Es sind viele Treppen zu bewältigen somit für Menschen mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen nicht ohne Mühe zu gehen aber möglich.

Nos alegra saber que habéis disfrutado de la estancia en nuestra casa. El Ayuntamiento de Gáldar está haciendo todo lo posible para que las personas con discapacidad puedan acceder a la playa de forma más fácil, sin tener que hacer uso de escaleras. La casa está situada a 50 metros del mar, aunque es cierto que el camino más corto hasta el paseo marítimo que se encuentra a 72 metros a pie pasa por una escalera bastante cómoda que tiene pasamanos para apoyarse. Gracias por su comentario y estaremos encantados de volver a tenerles en nuestra casa.

Sardina stay

The property was very good and I loved Sardina there was 1 problem with the Guard dog over the road when the people go to work at 6-30 thay leave the dog out and it barks all day and some times at night
