Nice and cozy bungalow with a large garden located in southern Gran Canaria, in Maspalomas with shared pool.

This is the perfect holiday home for those looking tranquility in a residential area. One bedroom and bathroom with shower, a wonderful garden with sunbeds and BBQ, perfect to enjoy a meal outdoors.

The ideal fit for couples or even with a baby, privacy, comfort and relax are the main points of this homely holiday rental in Maspalomas Campo Internacional Golf.

Its nice communal pool is only a few metres from it. There is a supermarket in the neighbourhood walking distance, as well as some coffee shops.

This area is very well connected, with several bus stops around, and wonderful for taking long walks or bycicle rides, really close to Meloneras and Maspalomas resorts.

Maspalomas beach is a nice 30 minute walk or 4 minutes by car.

Ruhiges Quartier mit praktischer Einrichtung

Die Lage in einem etwas ruhigerem Bereich des Ferienortes hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders positiv: Der Pool war direkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit er Servicestelle des Vermieters klappte gut. Manko: Die Waschmaschine war defekt und auch durch einen Monteur nicht zu reparieren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt.
