Beautiful, well equipped villa, lovely outside space with great views. The middle bedroom did smell musty, the en-suite in the small bedroom could do with an update. We did report the musty smell and were told by maintenance guy that it was because the room doesn’t get any sun.

Beautiful Pool with so much space inside and out. everything in the cupboards you will need. The views are breathtaking and a joy to wake up to. Great neighbors always happy to help us and very chatty. Main bedroom shower broken A lot of marks on walls. Side lights not working in bedrooms Back outside glass panel cracked and front light broken.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par carmen et qui a pu nous acheter une cafetière car celle présente ds la maison ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre, cela fait 10 fois que je viens à Tenerife je suis outrée de découvrir une villa à ce prix là et son manque d’équipements (cafetière avec filtre :((, 0 sèche cheveux dans les 3 salles bains)Aucune attention pour l’arrivée des invités, pas de bouteille d’eau, pas de gel douche qd on paie 2200 la semaine à Tenerife on s’attend à être bien reçus. Et attention la maison est très mal placée, la piscine est au-dessus d’une route à double sens pour monter à Arona et au volcan Teide (un bruit horrible en vacances et en permanence. Lorsque nous rentrions aucun éclairage pour ouvrir portail et porte, tout à la lampe portable. Les lits sont petits et pas super conforts …..En résumé à éviter, pour ce prix là j’aurai dû aller à l’hôtel 5 Dommage très déçue de cette location

Fantastic Villa - so modern and great location !

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa ! It has everything you need for a a relaxing holiday and has been furnished to an excellent standard. The location is quiet even though it is near a main road and only 5 minutes drive from the busy areas of los Cristianos and playa de las americas . We will definitely be booking again !
