Apartment Cacciatori - Fattoria Laviosa
A splendid historical estate that has been handed down from generation to generation, surrounded by the greenery of Tuscany.
The farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle ground, a varied orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil.
The structure has a beautiful swimming pool accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small consecrated private church.
The location is really idyllic and excellent for walks and relaxation.
We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock.
The village of Fauglia is a small historic center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream shop and other small shops.

Un viaggio nel tempo
Appartamento molto ampio ed arredato con gusto all'interno di una tenuta affascinante e di notevole estensione, completa di piscina e campo da tennis, immersa in un vero e proprio parco privato, in mezzo alla campagna senese. Si accede alla struttura da un grande cancello dopo un lungo muro di cinta dal quale emergono già in lontananza filari di alberi secolari. Gli alloggi sono ampi e molto distanti uno dall'altro, assicurando comodità e tranquillità.
L'appartamento Cacciatori è un gioiello di tradizione e gusto, mobili antichi, pavimenti di pietra un po’ irregolari tipici delle vecchie case di campagna, alti soffitti con travi a vista bianche, un enorme soggiorno con tre divani e un imponente camino, una cucina spaziosa ed attrezzatissima (completa di lavastoviglie e microonde), cassettoni e armadi ovunque.
Punti deboli, forse solo un bagno eccessivamente ridotto (soprattutto se rapportato alle dimensioni degli altri locali) e l’assenza di condizionatore per i mesi estivi. Sono infatti presenti ventilatori in ogni stanza.
Una menzione particolare va fatta a Barbara, con la sua accoglienza simpatica e la sua assistenza costante ed efficiente, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra.
