Courtyard House is a delightful stone cottage in a quiet part of Dartmouth, within a short walk of the town’s waterfront, boutique shops and award-winning restaurants. Sleeping four people, the property has two en-suite bedrooms (one twin on the first floor, one double on the second floor). There is also an open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room on the ground floor. The property features a delightful balcony, parking for one car . Courtyard House is in an ideal location for those wanting to explore Dartmouth, particularly for couples or families with children over the age of 5 only.
