Higher Collaton Cottage is a fabulous period cottage set in a delightful rural hamlet located near Salcombe and within easy reach of the South Devon coastline. The property has three bedrooms (one en suite double, one double and one twin), accommodating up to six people, and also has a family bathroom. The spacious two storey accommodation has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and has a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and cosy sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside is parking for two cars and a wonderful garden. As a secluded rural property, Higher Collaton Cottage is a fabulous base for families and couples, looking to enjoy peace and tranquillity within easy reach of Salcombe.

Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
