Delightful detached house within just a short walk of Thurlestone village, sleeping eight in four bedrooms.
Homefield House is a well-presented detached four-bedroom house in the heart of the picturesque village of Thurlestone. With spacious living accommodation and easy access to sandy beaches and the South West Coastal Path. Sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, with a ground floor master bedroom, second double and two twin rooms. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining room which all lead out to the manicure gardens and terrace. Homefield House is the ideal location for couples or a multi-generational family looking for a family seaside break in a quiet, peaceful location.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, four-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, DVD player, Sky HD, Ipod dock, Wifi available. Off road parking for up to 4 cars and boat trailer. Terraced area with stone paving, table, chairs and bench seating to the front, to the rear a terrace with wooden tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Bed linen and towels supplied. Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking
