This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Spacious Apartment in the Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay over in this property. We arrived early and were invited to check in once the unit was ready. The location is perfect for visiting the historic district including all the squares and churches! Located right on Forsyth Park many restaurants were within easy walking distance and on street parking was not difficult to find. Easy checking/out with coded locks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had the best trip to Savannah with my mom and daughters. The row home had the southern charm we were looking for. Staying right across from Forsyth Park was gorgeous and perfect for our visit. We felt safe and easily found free parking on a side street. We definitely recommend!

Location Great, Shower Not So Much

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautifully decorated and is in a perfect location. Our only issue was the shower. Half of the water flow does not divert up to the shower head and the hot water was gone by the end of the shower.

Very comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen.The property was very clean and the rental property staff are excellent. They provided great communication about checking in and out and easily helped me extend my stay.The property feels very safe with codes to enter external door as well as door to apartment. It does require that you walk upstairs as this is a second floor space.It was a quick walk to the Sentient Bean and the Saturday markets in Forsyth Park. It is an easy walk to the Kroger across from the park and beyond by a block or two. Never had problem finding parking.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
