About this property

Country house in Banyeres del Penedès

In the building where La Bassa is located, there were the dependencies of the workers of the farm. The name is due to the fact that in front of the house there is a large underground rainwater collection that supplied the houses and orchards. For the house to honor its name, we have made a small pond where you can observe frogs and fish, as well as a huge variety of birds that will drink and bathe, especially at dawn and late in the afternoon.

It has ground floor and one floor.

On the ground floor is the kitchen-dining room and the living room with fireplace.

On the upper floor, three bedrooms and bathroom.

Central heating.

Garden with barbecue, porch with table, chairs and sunbeds.
