Well-appointed holiday cottage with everything your heart may desire. The house is very spacious with 2 separate sleeping areas, each with 1 bathroom and there is also an extra bathroom next to the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, they all have underfloor heating. All 7 bedrooms and the mezzanine have box mattresses. The pool area has a large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 persons. The living room has a tasteful decor with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat screen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you will find the activity room with darts, table tennis, table football or billiards. There is also a bar and a stereo system for entertainment. For the children there are PlayStation 2 and 4 (no games). The large plot, that surrounds the house, has a sandpit and swings. Large, open terrace suited for barbecues. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
