Fantastic semi-detached house in a very quiet area with sea views, located in Urb. La Borna, located 1.5 km. from the beach and 4 km. from the village of Begur. The house is distributed in two levels. On the ground floor we find a spacious living-dining room with access to a large terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (6 single beds + 1 bunk bed) whose master bedroom has access to a terrace with sea views, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Communal swimming pool of 7x11m
