This ground floor apartment is situated right on the beach at Perranporth in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Location Has its own Restaurant Bar and Coffee Shop on Site.
Chapel Rock View is a beautiful apartment nestled on Perranporth Beach, on the north coast of Cornwall. It hosts two bedrooms, sleeping four guests altogether. Inside there is also a family bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is access directly onto the beach, with a variety of local amenities easily reached. Chapel Rock View provides an escape to the seaside with a contemporary feel throughout.
Amenities: Off road parking for one car. Sea facing patio with purpose built furniture for perfect sunsets or breezy breakfasts. State of the art Green Underground heat source heats this property via underfloor heating with individual thermostatic controls to the open plan Kitchen / Dining and lounge, and both King size bedrooms, maintaining a constant temperature. Beach on doorstep (2 mins walk).
