5 The Dunes - a house that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
This modern mews house is in the exclusive The Dunes development just 10 metres from Perranporth Beach. Perfectly suited to families it is set over two floors, with a spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen sporting countryside views on the first. There’s also a twin room and family bathroom upstairs while downstairs the master bedroom has access to the private garden and terrace. Perranporth Beach is one of Cornwall's best and boasts the famous Watering Hole restaurant right on the sand.
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

A great place to stay
This was the second time we have stayed at the Dunes. Beautiful location only yards from the beach and the High Street. The place is clean and fresh with everything you need. If i was to moan about anything, it would be that the dryer function on the washer dryer is a bit pants, but then we just used the washing line.
Hopefully we'll stay here next year, loved it.

Lovely place
Really great, modern flat. A stone throw from the beach which made a dawn surf possible!
The only thing I might say, is that I disagree with their choice of best pastie!!!
