Logement très propre, très belle vue et situation géographique intéressante pour visiter le nord est de la Martinique, Marie-Helene et son mari sont très accueillants et disponibles malheureusement le logement manque terriblement d'isolation phonique indispensable avec la route passagère juste devant la maison, et la route pour y accéder ou en partir est sinueuse.

Bonjour, l'appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos proposées. Le cadre et surtout la vue, sont à couper le souffle et il n'y a pas d'odeur de sargasses. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Bref, si vous voulez passer un excellent séjour, nous vous conseillons vivement cet appartement.

Logement idéal et très bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement avec vues sur la mer et les collines autour du Robert. Le logement était spacieux mais nous avions aussi à notre disposition une grande terrasse pour prendre les repas, fainéanter et voir passer le monde. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin grâce aux soins de nos hôtes fort sympathiques - plus quelques extras bien appréciés comme par exemple du lait, du jus de fruit et de l'eau. Très propre, une grande salle de bain avec douche qui fonctionne très bien (pas toujours le cas) et tout pour faire la cuisine. Il y a une épicerie tout près même si nous nous en sommes pas servis. Un grand merci à Marie-Hélène et Félix.

Localisation à bien étudier!

Le plan initial d'ABRITEL est tout à fait trompeur: il laisse penser que ces studios sont en bord de mer , alors qu'ils sont situés assez loin dans la montagne . Nous ne sommes pas procéduriers, mais attention, l'annonce est mensongere. Et on ne le découvre que lorsque la propriétaire envoie son propre plan !!! Trop tard ! Alors, pour Abritel, VIGILANCE!

Gute Ausstattung, nette Gastgeber, wunderschöne Aussicht, leider direkt an einer Strasse

Insgesamt hatte das Appartement alles was man braucht und es war auch sehr sauber. Leider funktionierte in unserer Wohnung der Herd nicht so gut und das Kochen war daher etwas schwierig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch wenn man verschiedene Teile der Insel erkunden möchte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen hat die Verständigung irgendwie funktioniert. Ein Nachteil war die Lage direkt an der Straße. Nachts ist zwar nicht so viel Verkehr, aber wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat könnte es ein Problem sein. Nach hinten aus den Fenstern hat man dafür eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Gite très propre, WIFI sans problème, Vue dégagée sur la baie du Robert d'un côté et sur la montagne Pelée de l'autre. Mme MITH avait prévu une collation pour notre arrivée tardive. Courses possibles à la supérette située à moins de 100 m du gite. Prévoir une voiture pour les déplacements sur cette belle ile qu'est la MARTINIQUE.

Jederzeit wieder - A recommander!

Ich war schon vom ersten Eindruck begeistert! Freundlicher Empfang, gekühltes Getränk stand bereit. Die Wohnung sehr liebevoll renoviert, sehr sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden, Putzmaterial und Waschmöglichkeit stand in separatem Raum durchgehend zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Der Blick aufs spiegelnde Meer zu allen drei Himmelsrichtungen ist einmalig - an die Wegstrecke zum Strand habe ich mich schnell gewöhnt. Busverbindung vorhanden, Auto besser, ich durfte es sogar auf dem Grundstück waschen und saugen vor der Rückgabe. Très joli, parfaitement renové et propre. Vue extraordinaire sur la mer. Prppriétaires très supportifs et toujours disponibles. Je l'ai déjà recommandé à des amis.

Dès notre arrivée, accueil agréable et attentionné. Propriétaire toujours disponible et désireux de faire partager la vie locale. Studio bien équipé, parfait pour un couple, agréable car bien ventilé. Belle vue sur l'océan dès le réveil. Terrasse spacieuse. Petite supérette à 50 mètres du studio pratique pour dépanner. Accueil, cuisine, confort et hygiène nickel !

Marie-Hélène est très accueillante, elle sait recevoir par sa gentillesse. J'ai été agréablement reçue depuis l'aéroport. Une petite collation m'attendait à l'arrivée au studio avec de bons produits de l'île : du jus de goyave, du poisson frit... excellent ! En plus, elle est une très bonne cuisinière et remplit son rôle avec beaucoup d'amour. Le décor des appartements est génial ! En plus, rien à dire sur l'hygiène. Très important lorsqu'on fait de la location ! Les appartements sont très bien équipés avec le wi-fi et tout le confort pour passer un bon séjour chez M. et Mme Mith dans la commune du Robert (Vert Pré) de la Martinique . Nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cette location : c'était très bien aménagé, très fonctionnel, très confortable et très propre. La situation géographique permet une bonne ventilation, pas besoin de climatisation. Pas de moustique pour nous ennuyer. Le point de vue est superbe. Le frigo est garni pour le 1er petit déjeuner. Seul bémol : la route qui passe juste devant la location est un peu passante donc un peu bruyante. Location à recommander. Merci Sandrine et Eric

Chaleureux, authentique, super rapport qualitéprix

Les plus: - situé dans un village authentique sur les hauteurs proche du Robert (5km): vue imprenable et bien aéré (nous n'avons pas utilisé l'airco de tout notre séjour) - superette/marché/boucherie/poste à 50 m - Position centrale sur l'ile pour visiter Nord/Sud, côte Atlantique/Caraïbe - Logement hyper fonctionnel et impeccablement propre avec tout le nécessaire pratique (draps, serviettes de bain, produits entretien, buanderie avec machine à laver, ...) - Les hôtes, Marie-Hélène et Félix, à la fois discrets, chaleureux et toujours disponibles. Les "encore mieux si...": aucun ! A tenir en compte: accès routier nécessitant une voiture et ... un sens de l'orientation aiguisé ou un bon GPS :-) (demander les coordonnées exactes car l'adresse ne suffit pas)

Location parfaite

Felix et Marie-Hélène sont des gens formidables. L'accueil personnalisé, et préparation d'un repas le soir de notre arrivée, sans oublier le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin de notre arrivé. Il faut dire que M.Hélène nous avait fourni un plan d'accés trés clair et precis. La location etait trés propre fonctionnel et trés bien entretenue, avec une vue de part et d'autre à couper le souffle Nous avons bénéficié de tous les conseils auprés des propriétaires chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Le Robert est une petite ville sympathique, ou nous avons noué des contacts humains trés agréables, avec un bon point particulier à l'office du tourisme. La visite des ilets avec un pêcheur local a été trés appréciée. Au niveau des restaurants il y en a pour tous les goûts et toutes les bourses. Bref un (1er) séjour parfait, avec les bons conseils constants de Félix et Marie Hélène. Nous espérons y revenir tellement nous nous sentions bien, dans ce studio situé en hauteur, vues superbes, très bien ventilé. Merci Marie Hélène vous êtes des gens formidables et trés attachants, tellement que nous n'avons pas vu passer les jours, qui sont passés beaucoup trop vite. A Bientôt

Trés bon rapport Qualité/Prix

UN endroit très agréable où passer un très bon séjour, très bien située au centre de l'ile permettant un accès rapide et sans encombrement tant au nord qu'au sud, qu'à l'ouest ou est de l'ile; l'appartement est très bien équipé, propre clair et avec une bonne connexion wifi. Les propriétaires sont charmants, souriants, discrets. merci encore et à très bientôt.
