Excellent location

The location of this apartment is excellent, within walking distance to many sites to visit in Porto, as well as close to the metro. The beds were very comfortable, there is paid parking on the street, the garden in the back was comfortable and a great place to eat a meal outside. The kitchen was stocked well for dishes, pots and pans, etc. but there were no basics, such as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper or any herbs and spices. The shower drain needs to be cleaned out, as it was draining very slowly. The dehumidifier was not functioning and it was fairly humid in the apartment. I wrote the owner about these issues, but did not hear back from him. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay and a good price for Porto.

Séjour à Porto

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Porto à 3 stations de métro du centre avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Matelas très confortables, sauf si un adulte dort dans le lit superposé (à reserver aux enfants) La pièce de vie est très bien pour 4 personnes et la terrasse est très sympa. Un petit bémol concernant l'odeur de canalisation persistante et le fait qu'il n'y a pas de parking privatif même si nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à nous garer dans la rue. En résumé séjour agréable.

Superbe appartement très bien agencé avec extérieur très agréable. Possibilité de loger a 6 personnes. Le tous a 15 minutes du centre historique a pied. De plus, il y a moyen de manger dans des restaurants non touristique très proche de l'appartement. Accès au métro a 100 m. A notre grande surprise on a pu garer notre van gratuitement sur une rue adjacente au logement. Merci a José pour ton accueil, tu as su être très arrangeant pour nos heures de départ. Je recommande grandement ce logement.

Séjour entre amies

Le logement est très propre et très lumineux. Tout le nécessaire y est présent et le jardin est très agréable. Il est juste dommage d'avoir cette forte odeur d'humidité dans le logement. Attendre aux personnes asthmatiques. Le logement à pied est à 25 minutes du centre de Porto et non à 15 minutes. Enfin, il serait judicieux qu'Abritel précise, qu'une fois sur place, nous devons encore payer la taxe de séjour de 2€ par jour et par personne (qu'un conseiller Abritel nous a précisé être compris dans le prix de la location alors que pas du tout). Cela éviterait toute déconvenue

Obrigado Mélanie, nós tivemos muito prazer em os receber, lamento a questão da taxa Turística, mas somos alheios a isso, relativamente à distancia de 15 minutos ou 25 minutos ao centro depende do que entende como centro do Porto, para nós è a Avenida dos Aliados, que do nosso apartamento a pé dista 15minutos, cujo trajeto fazemos diariamente, e também depende do andamento de cada pessoa obviamente.
