The apartment, classified 3 stars according to the typology of Les Arcs, is located on the 7th floor of a building in the heart of the ARC 2000 resort and offers you a unique panorama of the Alps. Departure from the slopes at the foot of the building. All shops nearby, restaurants, bowling, skating rink. The ESF is less than 2 minutes on foot. The nursery / nursery is located in the apartment building.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and in a great location. Very close to ski runs, with your own boot room for ease and comfort (no stuggling with crowds). We had a wonderful holiday here.
Absolutely wonderful apartment! Stayed here for two weeks in January and loved every second. The apartment is so well spaced out, the four spacious bedrooms are set well back from the lounge, so we could put the kids to bed at 8 and still enjoy games at the dining table without waking them. Walking out the building there is the ski pass office, several ski hire shops, bars restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket, within less than 50 yards! And you can ski in ski out straight onto the superb slopes of Arc 2000 / 1950.The retro table football table is superb too - we all had a lot of fun using that.Lastly Raphael the owner of the apartment responded promptly every time we messaged from booking date right through until after we left. Extremely accommodating - nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
A great location as a penthouse apartment with great views. Central position with ski hire, school, shops and restaurants close by. Apartment was spacious, with rustic wood decore and lots of amenities.
Fantastic apartment equipped with everything we needed - perfect for two families. Huge balcony with amazing views of the mountains. Rustic charm and character was just what we wanted, and the table football kept kids young and old entertained. We would love to return one day! Thank you so much :)
Brilliant apartment, locker for skis, centre of plaza, amazing view and balcony and 1 minutes from ski school and Supermarket and ski hire. Underground parking convenient. Highly recommended for family or friends
A lovely apartment located in the main complex in Les Arcs 2000. Plenty of space for 7 of us however I think it would have been difficult to cater for the maximum 10 people. Apartment has a separate "boot store" which is very useful. The apartment was well-equipped. The only negatives were the bathrooms could do with a spruce up as a shower drain was blocked and there was no hot water to the main bathroom sink. The owner communicated very well. The resort was generally very quiet - we had no problems booking table reservations, however there was loud "drum & bass" music one night from about 2am - 7am which disturbed everyone's sleep.
In conclusion, a nice apartment in a good location where we all had a great holiday!

Appart familial très bien placé , ESF et commerce au pied , dernière étage lumineux . Nous étions 9 (5 enfants de 5 à 12) et avions tous notre place . Procédure d’arrivée et de départ super simple . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation
Excellent séjour à deux familles dans un appartement conçu pour une vie après le ski… Grand espace commun, superbe vue et idéalement placé au centre de la station.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux Arcs pour les fêtes.

- l’ascenseur s’arrête au 5 eme et l’appartement est situé au 7eme donc ne pas être trop chargé en bagages
- le code wifi non à jour
- l’absence de sapin de Noel pour les enfants
Nous reviendrons aux Arcs, c’est une superbe station!
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé pour les premières neiges aux arcs.
Un appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, qui propose plusieurs espaces bien séparés
Une décoration qui vous donne l impression d être dans un chalet de montagne,
une cheminée et un baby foot pour les longues soirée d hiver en famille

Communication fluide, très prévenants et courtois ils ont fait preuve d'un grand soin pour les lieux lors de leur passage.

Très agréable séjour en famille au cœur de la station
Magnifique appartement au charme montagnard tout confort et conforme à la description. Emplacement extra. Le départ des cours de ski de l’ESF se situe sur la place Olympique au pied de l’immeuble. Situé au 7ème étage avec ascenseur jusqu’au 5ème, l’appartement offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les massifs montagneux aux alentours. Le vaste local à ski privé situé au 5ème étage est parfait pour y entreposer tout le matériel nécessaire pour 10 personnes. Le baby-foot pro de l’appartement a enchanté petits et grands ainsi que le circuit de moto-neige pour enfants installé sur la place. Les lecteurs ont apprécié l’immense bibliothèque très éclectique ainsi que les nombreux jeux de société mis à disposition. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à nos demandes ainsi que la société de location de linge. L’immense parking souterrain Lac des Combes situé au niveau -1 de l’immeuble est un atout supplémentaire . L’installation prévue de la WIFI dans l’immeuble sera un plus très appréciable pour les enfants.
Très belle adresse, nous y retournerons.
