Located on quiet East Beach (one of Galveston’s best), you’ll enjoy peaceful seaside living just five minutes from the Seawall and The Strand when you’re ready for dining and shopping. Step outside and straight onto the sand—no roads, no traffic, just miles of beach to explore.

The one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps two on a king bed and two on a sleeper sofa. It features a full bath with walk-in shower, plus an updated, fully stocked kitchen for easy meals. Enjoy gated parking, Wi-Fi, heated pool, sports courts, a workout room, laundry facilities, and even an on-site EV charger. We also provide beach chairs.

This is our third visit to this condo and we’ll be back. The two balconies have the best views in Galveston. The condo is fully stocked with supplies, spices, and everything you need. We also love the location. Far enough from the hubbub so it’s quiet and relaxing but close enough to get there quickly. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a great value for a relaxing stay.

An absolutely amazing place in an amazing place. Galveston is a great town. There's a lot to do and great places to just do nothing. Our stay on the East Beach was amazing. This Islander East Condo was exactly as advertised and the previous 10 star review were all spot on, as it is a fantastic condo on the east end of the condo complex with great views on three different sides. The condo was perfect for a couple looking for a getaway vacation trip, and it is equipped with everything you need. The condo is also convenient to everything in the Galveston area. The condo staff on duty were great and very helpful. We loved our walks on the beach and the beach is quiet as this part of the east end beach does not attract crowds.Our host was fantastic and very responsive to our messages to each other.We could not have asked for a better condo for our stay, and we look forward to coming back again some day soon.We would also highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great condo vacation stay!

The unit is perfectly situated with views of the Gulf and the Bay. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't cook and did drink a lot of coffee and they have nice coffee mugs. We enjoyed looking through the scope at all the ships out there and some pelicans. The pelicans flew right by the balcony!!!

This is a really nice place on a quiet part of the island. The condo was clean, well appointed, and the view was outstanding! I really appreciated the binoculars provided by the hosts. I love watching the ships come and go. This is definitely a place I would rent again in the future!

We are beach-bound Dallasites who love the water. A Mississippi native, Barbara took family vacations to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle. Robert, Texan born and bred, is a lifelong animal lover who has grown to appreciate the incredible bird life on the Upper Texas Coast.

Why they chose this property

We had a small beachfront house on the Bolivar Peninsula that we lost to Hurricane Ike in 2008. In some ways, the condo reminds us of the house. The condo complex is located on a quiet part of the beach, like our house was. And the views from our corner spot are also pretty darn nice. What's different? Now we have a dishwasher and a real bedroom!

What makes this property unique

Robert loves taking dips in the pool before bedtime. Barbara walks the beach, looking for beach glass. Both enjoy relaxing on one of the balconies, wine in hand, soaking up the view in the Gulf breeze. Moonlight over the water is spectacular.

Our location is also so close to the 'action' on Seawall Blvd. and The Strand, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
