Magnificent Chalet Valhalla 5*, central Chamonix

Valhalla is a fabulous luxury 5* chalet, very central, with a hot tub and sauna in the garden. Open and light, it has floor to ceiling windows giving you Titanic views of Mont Blanc and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. We welcome up to 15 guests in 8 bedrooms. In winter, from December to end of March, continental breakfast, 3 dinners per week & & daily housekeeping is included. In April we just offer the bed and breakfast service, with dinners on request.

For an additional fee, we can arrange further dinners at any time with our superb chef, Geneva airport transfers plus minibus service in the valley; we are locals and can help you plan your holiday.



Chalet Valhalla was built with beautiful natural timbers and is a structure of grand proportions right in the heart of Chamonix. A minstrel’s gallery overlooks the sitting / dining room and from here you share the same breathtaking view that is enjoyed from below. When you've had enough of the views, you can retreat to the cinema room. Add to this contemporary look a touch of traditional Savoyarde style, the luxury Collineige service and cuisine, a roaring fire and there’s the WOW! factor. Ideal for large family and corporate groups, with a flexible play / meeting room, the icing on the gateau is the hot tub or sauna in the snow with the best seats in the house, overlooking Mont Blanc.



Valhalla's location hits the high notes, set in an idyllic spot beside the forest it is also only a short stroll to the centre... More importantly it is a mere two minutes staggering distance from the popular MBC bar and the Michelin starred Albert 1er is just around the corner. Perfect!



Please note that due to our licensing and insurance arrangements only our trained staff may work at the chalet.

Incredible spot in Chamonix!

The level of support of the local team was incredible. Everything was taken care of and even last minute requests were not a problem for them to sort out quickly. Everything was done with great service, and incredible hospitality. More upfront clarity about the housekeeping (i.e. when towels are changed & how often). But this was not an issue!

Luxurious Chalet close to Chamonix centre

Family stay including first 1 year old grandchild. Great for a large family with safe private garden and easy safe access to town. Light filled comfortable living space. Responsive and caring hosts who were easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Very good stay, would definitely stay again

The chalet is perfect, the rooms are very cozy and the bathrooms are very new and good products. The service was really good as well. I would definitely stay there again. The shower in my room did not have hot water but it had just been fixed the day before, so it was maybe a bug. The other shower I used was excellent and very good water pressure.

- The chalet is spacious, and is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. - So many (ensuite) bathrooms - A fully equipped, professional kitchen - Hot tub, sauna, play-space for children - The view, the quiet, and yet the close location to town Very little! Just two things: improved shower drainage, and adding some window shades in a couple of the bedrooms where they're missing.

A Perfect Stay in Chamonix

From the physical home to the service, everything at Chalet Valhalla was first class - and as importantly - it was “as advertised.” Luci, Solange, and the on-the-ground team were extremely communicative and responsive, and together with the owners, they curated a memorable experience. The property was in terrific shape and incredibly well located. I highly recommend renting this home and working with this hospitality group.

5 stars isn’t enough!

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The team was so accommodating, the place was spotless, and they helped make our wedding day one full of memories we’ll cherish forever. Thank you Collineige team!! Super small thing, but there were some electrical issues on the one side of the house where a switch got tripped a few times and some of the rooms lost power. Not sure why this was happening (perhaps use of the dryer?) but it happened a few times at night which was startling for guests. That’s it!

2eme séjour pour l’équipe Millet et nous sommes toujours ravis du chalet Valhalla. Les récents travaux avec les nouvelles chambres sont très bien réalisés et l’agencement des chambres pratique. Seul petit bémol : l’eau chaude est très lente à arriver pour prendre une douche chaude dans les nouvelles chambres à l’étage.

Nous sommes venus à Chamonix pour l'enterrement de vie de garçon d'un ami. Le chalet se prête parfaitement à un gros groupe, il est magnifique avec une superbe vue sur les sommets, et avec de belles pièces d'art. Il est idéalement placé pour un mode de vie tout à pied, à 10 min du centre ville. Un grand merci à l'équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable en nous aidant à booker une rando raquettes, ainsi que pour les croissants le matin =) Une adresse précieuse !

Amazing Chalet and Hospitality

The chalet is one of a kind. It’s spacious and had everything our group of 10 wanted and needed. Our Collineige hosts were amazing the whole week. They provided breakfast and chauffeured us to and from the ski lifts everyday. They would also make restaurant reservations and provide recommendations throughout our time there. Every person in our group has raved about the service they’ve provided and it really made our trip to Chamonix an amazing experience. We’re all ready to come back again and stay at this same chalet. Would highly recommend!

Magnifique séjour

Le chalet est idéalement situé , tout se fait à pied , vue sur le pic du midi et le Mont Blanc ! Très bien équipé, idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs familles . A noter aussi la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire.
