Detached villa on 4000m2 of land, between forest and vineyards but 500m from the village (and therefore the bakery, tennis and small grocery).
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with family or friends everyone will find his place. Little extra, in times of heat wave, the refreshing floor will keep the house below 25 ° C.
