Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour en famille & entre amis dans cette propriété à Visan pleine de charme. Nous avons été séduits par la maison (décorée avec goût, tout confort ++) et la piscine/pool house qui permet de profiter de beaux couchers de soleil. Au calme. Need hospitality update

Ons verblijf met 2 families had door een wat professioneler gastheerschap echt een ruime voldoende kunnen zijn. We zijn reeds ervaren huurders van vakantiehuizen in Frankrijk/Italië waar we dan met meerdere families met elkaar verblijven. Belangrijk daarin is een goed en veilig zwembad voor de kinderen. Zoals gebruikelijk is er bij ontvangst een rondleiding en instructie van de woning, bij het zwembad wordt gemeld dat de kussens en stoelen zijn beschadigd door voorgaande groep jonge huurders. Dit niet veel aandacht gegeven en achteraf werd een brandvlek aan ons doorberekend In de communicatie voorafgaande aan het huren hebben we gevraagd naar de situatie mbt de temperaturen aangezien er geen airco aanwezig is Ons was verzekerd dat door de zeer goede isolatie dit geen probleem zou zijn. Bovendien zouden er ventilatoren aanwezig zijn in de slaapkamers. Echter tijdens ons verblijf met buitentemperaturen van 38-40 graden overdag was het in de avond en nacht zeer heet en niet te doen om een normale nachtrust te hebben. De beschikbare ventilatoren waren industriële vloerventilatoren welke niet geschikt zijn voor een slaapvertrek. We hebben nagevraagd of daar een oplossing voor was. Antwoord was: nee geen oplossing mogelijk want geen plan om weer nieuwe ventilatoren te kopen. Uiteindelijk zelf maar bij de supermarkt geschikte ventilatoren gekocht en in elkaar gezet Bij het trapgedeelte in het zwembad hebben de kinderen hun voeten opengehaald en toen we dit meldde met wat ondersteunde foto’s zodat het gemaakt kan worden is een erg rare reactie gevolgd. We dienden maar per direct het huis te verlaten want dit soort kritiek en commentaar was niet gewenst! Reactie gegeven dat dit geen reële en correcte manier van beheer is Het zwembad is voorzien van een soort automatische filter installatie. Echter einde van ons verblijf werd het water steeds groener. Blijkbaar werkt die installatie niet goed. Ook hier is een rare na reactie gekomen. Wij hadden dit blijkbaar moeten melden en oplossen. Maar na de heftige reactie op de verwondingen aan de kindervoeten was dit niet meer iets om te melden zonder gevaar om te moeten vertrekken. Elke kritiek of commentaar (of lees advies) is bij deze beheerster direct een conflict en laat je dus wel uit je hoofd Afsluitend was de checkout eenzelfde drama.We moesten klokslag 9u vertrekken. Bij uitcheck werd ons gezegd: de vuile ontbijtafwas en wegbrengen vd flessen was niet inbegrepen bij eindschoonmaak

The most beautiful house in a idyllic location

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. Many different areas for relaxing and enjoying the lovely view over the vineyards. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. The house is very well maintained and appointed with everything you need for a special holiday. The pool and pool area was perfect for relaxing and keeping the children happy and entertained for hours! The location was great for a rural feel but also close to many beautiful villages, shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back as one visit was not enough!

Merveilleuse propriété dans un endroit de rêve...

Nous étions 7 adultes et un chien dans cette merveilleuse propriété à l'aménagement de goût. Chambres de grande dimensions et ultra propres ! Grande cuisine conviviale avec tous les ustensiles et couverts pour cuisiner en groupe des chouettes repas d'été. Un temps magnifique, des jolies balades à Nyons, Avignons et L'Isles-sur-la-Sorgue.
