Nearby are the NAVAL ACADEMY, TERRAZZA MASCAGNI, AQUARIUM and ORLANDO SHIPYARD. Close to several typical restaurants serving authentic Livorno cuisine. Renovated, very bright flat in a quiet and private building, second floor with lift. Close to the city centre, which can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes or by public transport, with a stop 100 metres away, near the Lungomare-Centro-Stazione cycle path. A few minutes from the Old Port and Old Fortress, where you can book a guided boat tour through the famous canals of Livorno.

Appartamento ben tenuto ed accogliente
I proprietari sono molto cordiali e precisi. Anche puntuali negli appuntamenti per la consegna delle chiavi e la ripresa. L'appartamento come ho scritto nel titolo è caldo e accogliente, ci sono in loco tutto ciò che necessita per il soggiorno, e la posizione è davvero notevole. Unica nota dolente che mi ha fatto mettere solo tre stelle è il vicinato,in particolare una famiglia che confina con il muro di sala, che non tollera (in maniera esagerata: minacce di chiamare le forze dell'ordine, telefonate anonime al proprietario e venendo personalmente a suonare) alcun rumore anche minimo, perché disturbati! Alla fine con questo atteggiamento il disturbo lo provocano loro che hanno sicuramente sbagliato a stare in un condominio!! Comunque l'appartamento lo consiglio.

La giornata del 31 Dicembre è un momento molto particolare e dovrebbe essere un momento di festa e di tolleranza. In ogni caso il Condominio ha le propie regole ed ognuno deve assumersi le propie responsabilità e tanto gli ospiti che il vicinato sono responsabili delle propie azioni con tutto quello che ne può derivare.
