About this property

5 person holiday home in Rømø

This cottage is located on top of a dune on the outskirts of Kongsmark on Rømø. Both from the cottage and from the terrace there is a unique panoramic view of the Wadden Sea and the surrounding fields and meadows. Here you are very close to nature and can follow the many bird migrations that change throughout the year. The cottage consists of entrance hall / hallway, storage room, two bedrooms, bathroom and an open kitchen combined with the living room. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, and there are board games and books for free use. The large natural plot is fenced so that both children and dogs can run free in the garden, which has a swing and a buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The cottage has a central location on Rømø and is only approx. 300 m from Tønnisgaard Nature Center, from where tours are arranged all year round for both children and adults of all ages. It is i.a. everything from shrimp fishing on the beach to oyster trips in the Wadden Sea.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war bei der Ankunft dreckig, es waren Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und den Schränken und überall lag z.T. nasse Wäsche vom Vormieter auf den Betten. Nach vielen Telefonaten, einem Dancenter das am Hauptanreisetag geschlossen hatte und dann doch noch einem erreichten Mitarbeiter warteten wir auf der Terrasse auf das Reinigungsteam welches Dreck und Wäsche beseitigte. Jedoch nicht im Wäschezimmer und der Terrasse da sie nur im Haus putzen durften... Die haben wir dann komplett gereinigt. Mit ca. 3 Stunden Verzögerung konnten wir dann am Abend ins Haus einziehen. Die Betten waren in einem ungepflegten Zustand und auch die Schonbezüge dreckig. Wir nutzen also Bettwäsche um die Matratzen abzudecken bevor wir unsere Bezüge aufzogen. Die Möbel waren zum Teil so alt das man sich auf den Stühlen kaum anlehnen konnte ohne das diese knackten. Das Geländer zum Haus war zugewuchert, abgeplatzt und man konnte sich kaum festhalten. Die Abflüsse laufen nicht ab. wenn die Spülmaschine pumpt wird das dreckige Wasser in das Spülbecken gedrückt. Und auch im Bad kann nur kurz geduscht werden da das Wasser nicht abläuft. Wir haben dies am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes gemeldet aber auch trotz höchster Einstufung (laut Kontakt) ist bis heute niemand gekommen um es zu beheben. Wir sind keine besonders pingeligen Personen aber das Einzige was an diesem Haus schön ist, ist die Terrasse mit ihrer Aussicht

Een prachtig huisje, op mooie plek. Het was alleen niet schoon. Spinnenwebben bovenin de hoeken en achter deurposten. Ramen volop met kinderhanden vegen. Nog etenswaren in een bak in het keukenkastje. Volle asemmer van de kachel. Vieze plinten.

Det var perfekt for vår familie på fem, med rikelig plass og to bad, noe som gjorde morgenene mye lettere, Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, og vi likte å grille på terrassen mens vi nøt den fredelige atmosfæren, Beliggenheten er også flott, bare en kort kjøretur fra vakre strender som Lakolk-stranden, Hvis du leter etter et koselig utgangspunkt for å utforske området, så oppfyller dette stedet alle kriterier!
