It is set in quiet area within 5 mins stroll from the village centre of Dalyan. Located in a very convenient position to village centre this charming villa is equipped with every possible luxury convenience, including air conditioning and cold water dispenser .
Three lounges - ground floor has unit seating for 16 and an open plan living area. Large basement lounge with 50' sat . First floor has small lounge leading to balcony.TV/DVD/ with more channels, programmes and box sets than you can imagine.
2 washing machines, dishwasher, fridge/freezers, cooker/ovens, microwaves, dining set, bbq,
12 sun loungers ( extra large 90 cms wide) solid chestnut with thick padded loungers and 2 umbrella shades.
Eating area is covered and there is a shaded raised seating area kosk (pronounced kosk))at the rear of the villa to relax or read a book .
This beautifully furnished villa is set in attractive gardens with superb floodlit pool with adjoining barbecue and terrace located amidst this nature conservation area.
View the mountains from the fabulous balcony or the wooden 'Kirsch' at the rear or chill out reading ,cocktailing or relaxing.
All rooms have free aircon . Wifi with modems on basement and first floor.
There are 5 bikes to use around the village but all amenities are within 200 metres.
The villa is on 3 floors .
BASEMENT - flat screen smart TV with Redline giving a huge number of UK programs, films and box sets. The bedroom has an extra king sized 4 poster bed, massive wardrobes, ensuite with shower. There is a further room next to laundry which is used as a store but has fridge freezer, ironing board ,wc and washbasin. It’s great for luggage storage.
GROUND FLOOR has the main open plan lounge/dining and kitchen plus 2 bedrooms, one twin that is disabled friendly ( shower chair if required ) and one king both with en suite wet rooms. There are private entrances to these bedrooms with a ramp from the twin leading to pool and eating area.
FIRST FLOOR has 3 bedrooms,1 king, 1 double ,1 twin all en suite. There is a small lounge leading to a concrete balcony with glass and steel rails and new outdoor seating. This looks out onto the mountains , a beautiful place for a cocktail in the sunset.
OUTSIDE there are wooden sun beds with easy castors and extra thick padded mattresses, incredibly comfortable . The beds are higher than the normal plastic ones , making it easier for older guests to get on and off. There is a covered eating area with a large teak table and benches that seats 12, an under bench fridge ( old but functional) and cupboards. This area is covered but there is rarely any rain in June,July,August, September. There is an outdoor shower close to the pool and BBQ. The sun bathing area has just been upgraded with non slip tiles and privacy screening.
The bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and the ancient city of Kaunos is across the river with Turtle beach, an enchanting river taxi ride.
