Recently built structure. It is centrally located in Matera but is easily accessible by car. Just 300 m from the Central Station where the trains connecting Matera to Bari leave, from the bus stop for Bari airport and Ferrandina station, from the FrecciaLink stop which connects the Frecciarossa high speed train. Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the starting point for visiting the Sassi, can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot. The apartment, on the first floor of a building with a lift, has three bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom. In addition, a double sofa bed is available in one room. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen television, sofa, table and fully equipped kitchen. Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Max 8 guests. Free Internet Wi-Fi. The area is well served by both public and private car parks.
