The villa, with private swimming pool, is located in the very quiet area, just 4.5 km from Cefalù, and a few steps from the sea (7 minutes on foot).
From the Cathedral of Cefalù to the Madonie Park, Castelbuono, Palermo and Monreale.
The villa is now equipped with all the comforts thanks to the recent renovations and Cefalù and its surrounding area. The private swimming pool for exclusive use, the proximity of the splendid Bay of Capo Aranciotto and numerous places of historical and cultural interest, landscapes and typical foods, easily reachable thanks to its favorable position experience.
Indoor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning in bedrooms, Wi-Fi.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Mega Garten mit tollen Pool.
Lage ist etwas abgelegen, und man hört die nahe Straße…. Und mit dem Kinderwagen war es etwas schwieriger die stillgelegte Bahnlinie zu kreuzen😂

Schönes Haus mir Pool
Unser Urlaub in Cefalù hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war perfekt. Die Lage war okay. Die Ausfahrt vom Haus zur Hauptstrasse ist ein bisschen gefährlich. Rosalba war immer erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir kommen wieder!
