Large 90 sqm apartment on the first floor of a traditional farmhouse in the heart of the Langhe area of Alba. 2 double bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 balconies and large outdoor common areas
In the courtyard there is an area equipped with table football, table tennis and numerous games for adults and children.
In the garden there are 2 swings, deck chairs, tables and chairs where you can taste a good glass of wine, taste the products of our farmhouse or have a meal at sunset on our large terrace.
