Lovely villa

The villa was very clean and comfortable and very well equiped. Its very spacious with lots of storage and two bathrooms. There were quite a few ants and not just in the kitchen but even in the bedroom.

Summer holiday

Location was ideal, out of town but a 15 minute walk into the main shopping area. Washing machine was a godsend! Give a little more information about the stay at the villa - pool maintenance comes twice (Monday + Thursday), bedding change? Gardener? Just so people know to expect them.

Distinguished Sir! Surely, when you came with a booking from a sales channel, like TUI in this case, you didn't receive our fantastic guide, where you can find everything there. We would like to remind you that by booking directly, you will get a more economical holiday, much more advantageous. We look forward to seeing you in 2024! Don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, so that you can get all the latest news, before everyone else, as well as discounts on services, etc... Mauter Villas Team

A perfect week of relaxation and exploration

Lovely villa, perfect for 4 people to just relax and unwind. The villa is just on the outskirts of Ciutadella center and you can walk to the center within 10 minutes to enjoy to City life with bars, restaurants and shops. The villa has everything you need for a perfect break, pool, outdoor BBQ, 2 bathrooms, outdoor toilet, washing machine and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. There is ample parking. The villa is secluded and secure with neighbouring properties close by. We stayed here from 05th October 2024 to 12th October 2024 and the weather was perfect day and night. I would definitely recommend the villa. The staff at Mauter villas were all very friendly and helpful, you get a nice little welcome pack for when you arrive. Perfect 10 from us!! Nothing to add

Komfort pur

Excellent Little Villa

Stayed at Sa Ca Nova for two weeks from mid September. Just loved this charming villa. Just 15mins walk from the city centre but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Well equipped even a washing machine. Pool is gorgeous.Would come again. Nothing. Its lovely.

Miss Charlotte Managh

The location of the Villa was perfect for us, and the surrounding location was beautiful. It was lovely and enclosed which made it a lot easier for us with the children as we felt they were at all times safe. The layout of the Villa was brilliant, very spacious, very clean and very homely. Any issues we had which was only one concerning the Wifi, were dealt with immediately. Perfect family Villa in a lovely location with lots around to keep us adults and little ones busy. We would definitely come back! The only thing we could think of was maybe having a heated swimming pool as some days we found the water too cold for the children. Other than that it was all brilliant.
