In the southern part of the Campania region, in the Cilento National Park, where the medieval village of Castellabate rises above the Gulf of Castellabate surrounded by the two peninsulas of Licosa and Punta Tresino, in a context with miles of sandy beaches, a sea deep blue and a green hinterland with its sleepy villages ... far from mass tourism is located "Villa Tresino" in half a hill between Punta Tresino and Punta Licosa.

The villa is an old farmhouse completely renovated where there are four completely independent apartments and furnished with care, the situation is calm and quiet.

The Villa is surrounded by 10,000 square meters of a large and well-kept garden overlooking the sea and the hills of the peninsula of Tresino. The accommodation is characterized by unique environments with the proverbial Cilento hospitality.

The opening period is from April to October, also because in the spring and autumn the climate of the region allows you to have sunny days with the possibility of sea bathing.

On the ground floor of the Villa the apartment "Tresino consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio, very cool is ideal for families up to five beds

Very friendly and comfortable

We enjoyed all but especially the pool. The apartment is well equipped and very clean! The area is very beautiful!

Sehr schöner Pool, Wohnung nicht.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Cilento verbracht, allerdings stimmte aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Wohnung nicht: die Wohnung war sehr dunkel, bestand letztlich nur aus einem Raum, in dem Küche, Wohnraum und Hauptschlafzimmer vereint waren (wir Eltern schliefen also in der Küche), das Kinderzimmer war eine Kammer ohne Fenster nach draußen, es gab lediglich eine Luke zum Hauptraum. Eine Waschmaschine gab es in der Wohnung im Gegensatz zu den Angaben im Internet nicht, man konnte allerdings seine Wäsche bei Tony zum Waschen abgeben, was uns aber eher unangenehm war. Sehr genossen haben wir alle den sehr schönen Pool und die schöne Terrasse der Wohnung.

Villa Tressino

The main Villa Tressino building has 3 apartments. We were disappointed to find we were allocated a different one to the one we booked on the HomeAway website. There was also some B&B accommodation provided which we did not know, sometimes making the pool area quite busy, with not enough sun beds.The pool and area surrounding was very nice. The owner Tony, was very charming and tried to compensate for our disappointment by inviting us to dinner and taking us on a boat trip, both of which were lovely. There was no information on the local area such as supermarket times, good beaches or restaurants to try but Tony was very helpful and answered our questions with his limited English, which was better than our zero Italian!

We booked Apartment Tresino, but on arrival we were shown to a totally different apartment. We complained and the owner muttered about there being a problem with that apartment. The alternative apartment wasn't next to the pool, was smaller and had no dishwasher. He then showed us an apartment next to the one we'd booked. This had a dishwasher, but was basically a studio flat, as the double bed was in the same room as the kitchen. Not ideal for a couple with a teenage son. It had no windows. We assumed this apartment wasn't booked as the fridge wasn't on. The next day we spoke with another family who'd booked the apartment we'd been put in and been bumped to the apartment we were shown first. Our apartment was given to another family who were staying 2 weeks. Having booked this specific apartment in January for a summer holiday we were extremely disappointed. The complex itself is attractive and the pool was warm. Please be aware that there are more apartments than shown on the owner's website.

benvenuti al sud !

Nous avons découvert une très belle région à 5 minutes en voiture d'une petite station balnéaire très agréable et très vivante en soirée. Le gite que nous avons occupé est situé dans une annexe récemment aménagée en 2 studios, la propriété comptant au total 5 logements et des chambres d’hôte. Le logement, contrairement à ce qui est mis dans le descriptif, ne comprend pas de lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver est commune à l'ensemble des vacanciers. Malheureusement celle-ci était en panne pendant notre séjour, c'est donc notre hôtesse qui a assuré la lessive ( merci à elle).

Superbe location, excellent accueil, belle région

Nous avons été enchantés par nos vacances près de Castellabate. Rien à dire sur l'appartement propre et très fonctionnel (Acciaroli), la piscine est très belle et entourée de palmiers, cactus, citronniers. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme ! Tony et sa femme sont très accueillants et très agréables. Si vous le souhaitez, il y a possibilité de faire des soirées pizza. Ce sont les meilleurs pizza au monde !! (cuites au feu de bois devant vos yeux). Et si en plus vous savez jouer un peu de guitare, Tony vous en prête une à la fin du repas. Nous avons ainsi passé 2 très belles soirées à chanter avec les autres locataires. Excellents souvenirs. Le lieu est calme, la région n'est pas bondée de touristes, les gens sont sympas, les plages a proximité sont très belles. C'est un peu loin de Naples et de la côte Amalfitaine, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés d'aller à Naples, Pompéi, faire la montée du Vésuve, Herculanum, Paestum (beaucoup plus près), et d'aller à Capri et Amalfi en bateau depuis San Marco di Castellabate. Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de visiter le parc national du Cilento. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois !! Benvenuti al sud !! (la version italienne de "Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis" a été tournée à Castellabate) Salute à Tony et sua moglie !

un paradiso in un posto splendido

Siamo stati in questa struttura la scorsa settimana, io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 14 e 9 anni. Anzi in 5 contando la nostra cagnolina Juna. Questa location è ... tutto.... B&B, casa (villa) vacanza, rifinita e completa un paradiso. Abbiamo trovato tutto decisamente perfetto: pulizia, cortesia, pace, tranquillità, armonia. L'alloggio dotato di tutto e di più, ceramiche della costiera, candele profumate, patio riservato con barbecue e attrezzi, lavastoviglie, zona lavanderia esterno. A pochi metri dal nostro alloggio una magnifica piscina circondata da un giardino curato e rigoglioso con decine di piante profumate, una zona fitness con attrezzi ginnici, ed un bordo piscina chic e lussuoso, per non parlare dell'orto curato direttamente dal sig. Tony e del campo di calcetto. A pochi minuti di auto abbiamo scelto il mare di punta Tresino con spiaggia pubblica ampia e pulita con sabbia fine e dorata e mare cristallino dove i pesci nuotano tranquilli nelle acque trasparenti. Tutto ciò che serve è a pochi chilometri e ci sono diversi ristoranti vicini, ottimi ed anche economici consigliatici dallo stesso proprietario. E' stato tutto troppo bello, un sogno, da ripetere sicuramente.

Siamo stati veramente bene

Eravamo in quattro, io mia moglie e due figlioli. Veramente come è descritto, pace e tranquillità, i padroni di casa gentilissimi, l'appartamento molto carino, pulito e veramente confortevole, bella la piscina ed il solarium dove i figlioli si sono divertiti da morire, abbiamo potuto mangiare sotto un gazebo attrezzato all'aria aperta. Il mare a pochi minuti, favoloso, acqua limpida e bellissima, il paese molto accogliente. Vicino supermercati, bar, ristoranti. In effetti una vacanza piacevolissima.
