House Nina, with terrace overlooking the sea

Casa Nina is located in the highest part of the town of Malfa.
The area is very quiet and the sea view is super panoramic;
the house is surrounded by olive trees and Malvasia vines.

The large terrace has a wonderful view over the whole town, over the sea
and on the islands of Stromboli and Panarea
The terrace is divided into two areas:
an area covered by a canopy, here there are a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners;
a solarium area with sunbeds.

Inside it is composed of:
living room with mezzanine, on the ground floor relaxation corner with TV and fireplace,
upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, only this room is equipped with air conditioning.
a hallway between the rooms leads to:
to a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
and the bathroom, with shower cubicle and window.
The kitchen can only be accessed from the terrace.
All rooms also have independent access from the terrace.

The house offers all comforts: TV, washing machine and a barbecue.

The center of Malfa, where there are bars, shops, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy is about 10 minutes walk from the house.
We recommend renting a car/scooter to easily reach the area.
In the town square you can rent cars, scooters and take part in fantastic boat excursions to the other islands.

Punta Scario beach and the small port of Malfa are about 1.5 km away.
The bus stop is 300 meters away, there are frequent runs throughout the day and connect the whole island.
