Holidays2Malaga Juan de Mena Comfort Studio are our cozy holiday apartments located in a newly built building. They are very modern and welcoming.

Each studio has a living room with 1 double bed, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave. Some studios include a communal furnished terrace.

Juan de Mena apartments offer free WiFi. In these studios, you will find a pleasant place to relax, rest, or have a romantic or solitary getaway while being in the city and close to the iconic sites, restaurants, and history that Malaga offers you.

Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are only 800 meters away. The Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and the Roman Theaterare less than 1 kilometer away. The Cervantes Theater, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso's birthplace, and the Picasso Museum are only 500 meters away.

The port of Malaga is less than 1 km away. We recommend not leaving the city without visiting the new area of the port, Muelle Uno, which, thanks to recent improvements, has become one of the most exclusive promenades.

Regarding public transport, you can reach the Juan de Mena apartments by bus or by car, as there are more parking options in this area than in the historic center.

The baby cot has an additional cost of €5 per day.The baby kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs €10 per day.

The check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check-in after 21:00, access to the apartment is with a code. We will send it to you on the day of your arrival. Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 years old will have to sign the police registration.

Please do not forget that we will ask for a refundable deposit upon arrival that you will have to pay with a credit card.

Newly refurbished apartment. Well decorated and equipped. They were kind enough to provide a table fan as there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom. Apartment is centrally located near public transportation.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has good facilities. It is the best option (value for money) that we found in the city, especially now when the hotels price in Spain is soaring up. Close enough to the center (15 min walk) and in a quiet area. Nearby many shops, supermarkets and grocery stores. The checkin was quite simple with the key in the lockbox in the apartment door. The staffs are friendly and helpful, replying to messages quickly. I appreciate it that we could check in at midnight without any troubles. Easy to reach from the airport.

Nous avons loué ce logement pour quelques jours afin de visiter la ville. L’appartement est situé à 10 minutes du centre, très facile d’accès. Tout était fonctionnel et pratique. Par contre nous avons manqué de précision concernant le boîtier de remise des clés. Nous avons eu aucun échange physique donc pas d’accueil. Et la remise des clés s’est faite à la femme de chambre. Sinon dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour :)
