The "Golden Sun" stone house, only 50 meters from the beach of Otzia.

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

There are 3 houses on a 6,000sq meters plot of land, 50 meters from the sea in the area of Otzia. This property is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach.

The "Golden sun" stone house is on one level and has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c. An extra bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms for a child up to 12 years old.

Outside there is a shaded dining and seating area, where guests can sit and have a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view.

The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Please Note: There is a lower ground floor apartment with one bedroom and an independent entrance, which can be rented together with this house. The lower ground floor apartment can also be rented separately.
