Poppies is a charming terraced cottage situated in the Brewers Quay area of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from being in a gated development. The cottage can sleep 4 people in 1 x Double and 1 x twin single bedrooms as well as a family bath/shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of spacious fitted kitchen and Sitting/dining room with feature fireplace. To the outside of the cottage is off road allocated parking 1 car. Poppies is perfect for a couple or family who want to holiday in the centre of Weymouth’s old harbour area. Note: Allocated parking in electronically gated area. Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year. These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
