This house has a seafront location with uninterrupted and expansive views over the sea. Before reading further please see the house's location on the map and the photos.
We have about 85-90% returning client bookings each year. They come back because of the location and of course they then book directly through my Trevone site.
The downstairs is fairly basic and is very much a summer beach house. The kitchen, dining room and sunroom could all do with modernisation. If you want convenient access to the beach and the coast path and spend your time gazing at the waves breaking then this house is great. If you are seeking luxury and location is not important then this is probably not for you.
We don't include sheets and towels as standard as this costs us about £250 for a full house. We can add this but most people elect to bring their own to keep costs down.
The view is framed by Trevose Head on the left and Trevone's round hole on the right. The house is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the sea from the house.
The house is semi-detached period property with tall ceilings and well-proportioned rooms. There are two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and one attic room with three single beds and a spare mattress (so it could have four youngsters if someone is happy to sleep on the floor1. Every bedroom has stunning views over the sea which is so close one can watch the waves breaking. The house faces to the north west and so the sun sets over the sea (in summer) and the sun room is a magical place to sit and watch the sea.
One the ground floor the house has a wetroom with a double shower and a door directly to the garden so that you can come in from the beach and go directly into the shower.
