Castè Style near Cinque Terre
The Castè Style holiday home (Cod Citra 011023-LT-0028) offers the unique experience of living in an authentic Italian village, sharing the peaceful and cheerful life of the village with the few inhabitants. The ancient Castè Style manor house is arranged over 3 floors, with an independent entrance, 3 bedrooms, a dining room with equipped kitchen, a sitting room with smart working station, unlimited wi-fi, two bathrooms with shower. There is also a large terrace with a dining table as well as an outdoor area, under a typical Ligurian stone face, with a table for breakfast and relaxation. The ancient residence, renovated by the illustrator Lucchesi in 2017, is furnished with designer furniture, paintings and art prints. During the look down, the second bathroom with shower was created and the hot water system modernized. From Castè there are numerous paths that cross the surrounding woods and green hills and lead to Riomaggiore and Porto Venere. It is possible to book tennis lessons for children as well as horse, boat or mountain bike rides. For the little ones, a cot is available next to the parents' bed. Dogs are welcome. the small studio with wi.fi and telephone guarantees silence and tranquility both for working remotely and for studying. There are several stairs both outside and inside the house. The village, located on the hills, offers a cooler climate than the seaside villages. In summer concerts are held in the village square, the few inhabitants are always available to socialize with tourists.

Thanks to Tony and his group for booking our house and also for the review which gives me the opportunity to underline some very important aspects. In the descriptions it is clearly stated that the house is on three floors, there are also several photos where you can see the stairs. Castè Style is an ancient manor house built between 1700 and 1800, that enchants guests with the ancient stone patio, the large terrace, the fresco on the ceiling of the living room and the 12 windows overlooking the woods and the Apuan Alps , but also with the limitations of a house built before elevators were invented. The same goes for the medieval village Castè, located in an area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, for the beauty of the landscape, the still uncontaminated nature and the narrow alleys that cross the villages. If you are looking for a house that allows you to park your large SUV close to the door, certainly Castè is not the ideal place, perhaps you could park 50 meters from the entrance, as happened to Tony. But if you want to live the experience of staying in an authentic Italian medieval village then book now! I will be happy to show you the works of art exhibited throughout the village, the ancient church and I am sure you will enjoy the cool of the evening sitting in the beautiful terrace of our big house.
