Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the stunning unobstructed 180 degree view. BBQ on the grill out on the patio or gather around the backyard firepit. Well furnished in a fun beach motif with all the comforts you would find in your own home! Come experience our slice of paradise for yourself.
The kitchen is spacious and up to date with new stove/range and top of the line fridge/freezer stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for any size family!
There are many activities in the immediate area to take advantage of. From riding the dunes to fishing, crabbing, and beach combing. Local restaurants are a half mile away and the closest airport is 20 miles away.
- Master suite with King Bed, 50" Smart TV, private bathroom, and private deck with Hot Tub.
- Queen guest room with Umpqua river and Ocean views.
- Kids Room with x2 bunk beds for a total of 4 Twin beds.
- Full laundry room / wet room with provided detergents and softeners for your stay.

We have been renting our Vacation Rental for five years. We enjoy having guests from around the Northwest and beyond. We want our place to be your home away from home, so we have decorated the rooms in a beach theme. Our hope is that we provide everything you need for your vacation time.
Why they chose this property
This home is on a half an acre up on a hill with scenic ocean and Umpqua river views. It is extremely private with front and back grass lawn and outdoor eating area, firepit and hot tub! It has easy access to the beach and dunes for riding walking and enjoying all the area has to offer.
What makes this property unique
This property is close to the Oregon Dunes, Lake Marie, Umpqua River and historic Umpqua Lighthouse. Our property is ride in ride out for the most epic dunes on the west coast complete with sand trail leading from the house to lighthouse road.
