This place is a bit run down. No AC or heater. Kitchen and bathroom is very outdated. No dryer only washer for clothes. If you’re up for a place that’s a bit outdated and not updated then this place gets your money worth. Other than that the host is great with communication.

This apartment is near everything and easily accessible to get to any area of Rome, The city bus stop, hop on hop off bus and the train is located within walking distance. If your goal is to see the Collessuem at night this is your perfect place. The owner is perfect to work with and helpful with directions.

First Rome experience

Our stay was short & quick! This property was great for the two days there! I would recommend the owner to invest in better mattresses! I will also advise future tenants to be aware & diligent with the crime!! Property management was very good to us, communication was great!

Average place with good location

Located near great restaurants, close to Coloseum and other attractions. The only issue was the heat in the apartment. NO AC, and the fans did not help. Extremely uncomfortable nights and hardly slept but pretty much out of anyones control.

Just sleeping

This place did have four bedrooms which accommodated all eight of our party. Very small kitchen, very small bathroom. There was a microwave that was plugged in that kept beeping all night. There’s no living room space to gather. It is on the third floor with a very small lift. Only two people each with one piece of luggage could go up at a time and we had eight people. It is very close to the Colosseum.The neighborhood did not have the old world charm we would’ve liked, but we did get a good nights sleep before we left for the US.

I have stayed in many apartments. This was without question the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Also, it was listed as a four bedroom, and there was actually only three bedrooms. There were a total of four towels. There were no linens to use or towels to use for the bidet or for bathing. The shower is filled with mold and mildew. The handle for the handicap access is covered in rust. There is no air-conditioning so be aware when you book.

Overall, this day was OK. The building is over 100 years old. The toilet has a very old push button to flush. It got stuck and wouldn’t flush. The shower was very small. Other than that, things were OK.

I would recommend you avoid this property as it is misleadingly advertised. I booked it in large part because it listed both a washer and a dryer but upon arrival there was a small washer but only a clothesline to air dry clothes. The cleanliness was substandard particularly bedding and shower. The pictures did not match the condition of the property or the surroundings accurately, which felt somewhat rundown. I had to leave and find a hotel for family of six instead and host was not willing to offer refund or deposit.

The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and easy to reach throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations. There was a lingering smell throughout the property that made it seem as if it had been smoked in previously. The kitchen was not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. Basic amenities like an iron and hair dryer were also missing. The apartment was far from luxurious. However, excellent location near the Colosseum!
