Fantastic location and apartment

Great location and the apartment was the best we have stayed in - the verandah/balcony was enormous which meant you didn’t really need to go anywhere if you didn’t want to. Estepona is very pretty and you understand why the Spanish choose to holiday there. Great holiday all round.

Lovely apartment

Met by key holder on arrival,excellent apartment in great location. Rosa the apartment manager could not have been more helpful from airport transfers to a small problem we had she was very accommodating.

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location

Rosa welcomed us and showed us the garage and apartment. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. The outside space is very generous with magnificent views. The complex is quiet with plenty of space at the two pools. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the attractive beach and town of Estepona are only a short walk away.

Overall, a very nice,comfortable property with a huge terrace,which allows magnificent sea views. Just about everything you can think of is provided,to give an home from home feeling,with the addition of a few little luxuries. We only needed to call Rosa into action once and she resolved the small problem quickly.It would have been more convenient if the 3rd.bedroom had access from inside the apartment,instead of from the terrace. Only real downside is the steepness of the road leading to the property,however, the path winding down through the complex makes life much easier.The property is not for anyone with mobility issues.

Apartamento espacioso y bien cuidado en una urbanización muy bonita cerca del puerto deportivo, a diez minutos andando de la playa y a quince del centro del pueblo. Las piscinas de la urbanización estupendas y todo el personal (socorristas, personal de limpieza y jardineria, etc) muy simpáticos. Rosa ha estado siempre atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar y tanto el check in como el check out han sido muy sencillos

Muy buen alojamiento

Desde el primer momento muy buena comunicación con Rosa la agente de la inmobiliaria que ha sido muy resolutiva y profesional y nos ha devuelto el dinero de la limpieza por no estar limpio el apartamento. Por todo lo demás perfecto, el apartamento está muy bien, con una terraza estupenda, personal muy amable del residencial y buena ubicación. Las piscinas muy tranquilas y limpias.
