Located opposite one of the many beaches of Lampaul-Plouarzel, it has a panoramic view of the sea.
An ideal house for your seaside holiday with the beach at your feet.

The property is located in Lampaul-Plouarzel, a commune in the Iroise park, 25 km from Brest. The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the island of Ouessant and the Molène archipelago.
You just have to cross the small dune in front of the house to access the beach within 100m.
The famous coastal path, the GR34 runs along the entire coast and offers magnificent views, ideal for hiking.
The granite coast with cliffs, interspersed with sandy beaches sheltered for swimming, offers a landscape typical of Brittany, sometimes wild.
A small marina allows you to go boating and windsurfing (sailing school).
Numerous maritime excursions. The 18-hole Abers golf course (5 km), horse riding center (2 km), mountain biking, tennis, etc. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctor at 3kms.
St Renan (10 kms) charming city of character, hosts a picturesque market, a cinema, numerous shops and a swimming pool.
The site allows multiple excursions to deeper Brittany such as the Monts d'Arree at 70 kms.
Brest has a superb polar, temperate and tropical aquarium: "oceanopolis"
Brest / Guipavas International Airport is 25 km away.

Perfect location

Wonderful break on the coast. Perfectly located for walking, swimming, paddle boarding. Well equipped kitchen for foodies. Everything required for this family break, was there. Would highly recommend for groups and family of all ages. So much to see on the local beaches and coastal walks.

Perfect place, highly recommendable

We had a great week in Danielle's house in Plouarzel. The situation is superb. Although some of the interiors of the house are a bit dated, the view really makes up for it. The children had a great time going to the beach, which they could easily access by themselves. To the taste of the kids the WiFi-speed could be a bit faster, but again, who needs fast WiFi when looking outside the window already is spectacular! We would return to this place.

Stunning location

We all had a fantastic week. We loved the stunning views and proximity to clean empty sandy beaches with perfect rock pools. Everyone we met including the owner was lovely and made us feel welcome. The property was spacious and well equipped, and the mattresses were v comfy. We had difficulty finding the house so suggest clearer written instructions and having to pay for electricity, water and gas at the end of our stay was a pain and quite expensive. Suggest having around 70 euros in cash to pay the owner. Communication with the owner wasn’t brilliant.

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial, der Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sind wunderschön. Die Ruhe, die Stille, der Sternenhimmel, all das ist beeindruckend. Durch den Wintergarten kann man im Herbst auch einige Zeit ohne Heizung auskommen. Familie Golias war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen dort verbracht.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Danielles und Joels wunderbarem Haus verbracht. Es bietet alles, was man braucht. Viel Platz, Ruhe. einen traumhaften Blick und durch die Veranda die Möglichkeit, bei jedem Wetter draußen zu sein. Wir haben herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal und wir haben gerne den den benachbarten Strand mit dem Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Rotwein beobachtet. Vue magnifique

C'est la vue qui nous a décidé à choisir cette location et elle happe le regard dès l'arrivée ! La véranda qui prolonge l'arrière de la maison permet, quelque soit la météo, de profiter d'une vue à 180° sur l'océan, l'archipel de Molène, l'île d'Ouessant. La maison en elle-même est composée au RDC d'un hall, living, cuisine, salle de bains et wc. A l'étage, il y a 3 chambres, une véranda, une salle d'eau et un wc. Quelques rafraîchissements pourraient encore mieux valoriser le bien (réparer les fenêtres/volets ne s'ouvrant ou fermant pas bien, placer un store dans la salle d'eau et wc de l'étage pour plus d'intimité, ...). La localisation permet de rayonner dans le Finistère Nord : Le Conquet, les abers, Roscoff, Brest, la côte des légendes, ...

Beau gîte confortable, très bien placé pour promenades, vue sur l'île d'Ouessant, proche du Conquet pour départ sur l'île. Possibilité d'acheter des produits de la mer sur le port du Conquet (retour de pêche). Côte des légendes à voir ! Bonne literie, cuisine très bien équipée. Gentillesse des hôtes très à l'écoute.

Wunderbare Aussicht in toller Lage

Wie auch schon andere geschrieben haben, entschädigen die super Lage und die wunderbare Sicht aufs Meer für einzelne Mängel am schon etwas angejahrten Haus. Die Besitzer sind daran immer wieder kleine Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Der Kontakt zu Joel und Danielle war sehr persönlich und hilfreich. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nettes Haus in Toplage, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr nette Vermieter und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Hinweis: uns war nicht bewusst, dass vor Ort die Hinterlegung einer Kaution erwartet wird, ebenso, dass die Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom) zusätzlich separat zu zahlen sind.
